I purchased a Hunter Douglas blind from another retailer in 2018. The blind delaminated, and that other dealer has since gone out of business. I contacted Night and Day and they have been extremely generous with their time and advice, assisting me with the process to get warranty support from Hunter Douglas, including contacting HD on my behalf. I am now a future Night and Day customer :-).

Beginning with our initial interactions with Jenn and Corinne, we received highly knowledgeable guidance together with friendly and professional care. We have an old home that posed some challenges with selection of window treatments that would both work well and look great, and with the installation. Corinne guided us through this process seamlessly and we are delighted with the final outcomes.
