You can be the first or second person in line to pick up your order, yet you'll still be the 5th maybe 6th to leave with your stuff. I had maybe 12 boxes in my order, not that much yet it took long as usual.
Thankfully there's a nice snack bar while you wait.
Once again we had a great experience today at Centura because of Fatima! She knows her stuff really well which made it easy for us to select the items we needed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know shopping for tiles. Thank you again Fatima!

Favourite tile store in the city. Staff are always super helpful and friendly when looking for products or ordering material. They have an amazing selection of imported tile and stone.

We had the best experience shopping for new flooring (luxury vinyl and ceramic) for our basement. The sales representative, Eden, was very professional, pleasant and incredibly responsive to our follow up questions during the process. The entire showroom was impressive and nicely laid out. I definitely recommend Centura and would shop there again.

Customer service like you wouldn’t believe! My wife and I had become quite discouraged after visiting a number of tile stores and strolled in to Centura and met Shahrzad. We left after 2 hours of 1-1 support with the entire house styled and picked. AMAZING!

Great experience. The staff were welcoming and great to work with. No one had a sales attitude or was trying to sell you on products - you approach them when you need help. They have a great selection of tile with some quite unique pieces. It was also great to see a tile shop open on weekends!

This review is for the supplies department at Centura tiles.
I am a bathroom and kitchen contractor (www.jayousco.ca); i have been buying tile supplies like cutters, spacers and waterproofing since few years from Centura. The quality of the products they sell is very good.
Today I had to change a wheel on a sigma cutter. BIG THANKS TO CAM AND MATTHEW WHO HELPED IN INSTALLING THE WHEEL.
Very competitive procing on Shluter brand waterproofing sold here.

Very nice clean and organized store. Displays are well laid out. Order desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Weekends it can get busy and I’ve had some problems with getting a proper estimate from the sales staff on the floor. The enclosed loading bay is a nice luxury during the winter. Don’t forget to enjoy the coffee shop by the loading bay.
