My furnace was making sounds of breaking down and after 17 years it was long due for a change. I decided to change out both my old Furnace and AC. After looking at a few suppliers for quotes Aire Max was responsive, asked for pictures and provided reasonable prices backed by their long standing reputation and customer reviews. They are an authorized Carrier brand distributor so they know what they are doing when it comes to Carrier. Max is very knowledgeable and provided the best suggestions based on my needs. They were prompt, clean, honest, hard working, communicative, professional and did the job thoroughly. I would definitely strongly recommend them for their product and services.
Very impressed with the quality work done on our new build home this past weekend - we had an air conditioner installed. Both professionals were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and experienced! The price was fair, and communicated up front which was helpful. I would definitely recommend Aire Max!

Woke up to a furnace that stopped working and needed to be replaced. Max was very responsive, informative and overall great to work with. Max and team did a same day replacement, and we are extremely happy with the results. Would definitely recommend Aire Max Heating & Cooling.

I have used Aire Max on couple of occasions, 3 years ago my 20 years old furnace stopped working, found Aire Max through Google with amazing reviews, Technician came the same day and replaced fan motor, last year ignitor went and Aire Max changed it right away with reasonable price, 2024 furnace board decided to die and I thought it was better to have a new furnace. very happy with the new one, quiet and efficient, I will replace my A/C with this company Heat Pump. Highly recommended.

First Used Aire Max services about 3 years ago, and knew them to be reliable, no nonsense and competent contractor. When I received Carrier email with error code on Monday morning, I simply texted it to Max. with a note that the furnace had trouble reaching the desired temperature and was cycling up/down frequently. He diagnosed it as likely pressure switch failure, suggesting he could visit next morning.
At 3:30 he called as I was leaving the house, that he is able come in half hour. We kept Tuesday am appointment, which confirmed his suspicion and discovered a leak from likely cracked heat exchanger. Short discussion of costs involved to repair this 18 year old furnace indicated a new furnace was in order. Max had arranged to install it next day, suggesting 6 hour duration for the job. He e-mailed a price proposal with specs same morning and showed up at appointed hour on Wednesday. As promised, the job was done in 6 hours, neatly and expertly.

Our 13-year old Lennox furnace stopped working before the winter start, the weather still warmer so got chance to get multiple quotes.
Max did the assessment through phone and recommended some options, however we decided to get next higher model, a Carrier 2-stage high efficiency performance model. He provided us a detailed quote, a very low price, beating 3 other quotes.
After couple of days, Max and another guy came by to do the installation. They were quick and efficient, the unit was installed perfectly. They did an excellent work! Great service!
Would definitely recommend them.

I needed a new furnace and contacted Aire Max. I received a great quote and was able to get an installation done very quickly! Aire Max arrived as scheduled and installation was done very efficiently and I was happy that all my questions were answered.
I would recommend Aire Max to anyone needed help with heating or cooling issues. (I had a new air conditioner installed by Aire Max in June 2020 and was very happy with this installation as well.)

The old air conditioner in my house had been running for 25 years, and it was leaking which impacted the furnace with rust damage. I found Aire Max from Homestars with good candid reviews and called him on the Canada Day long weekend. Max picked up the call and quickly discussed with me the situation and we settled the inspection date. When he came over two days later, he checked and immediately pointed out the leaking/ice problem around the air conditioner. He suggested that we install a new Air Conditioner, and continued to mention Carrier as a trustworthy brand and a model which works for the size of my house with a reasonable price.
In the same afternoon, he worked together with his assistant, and we had a brand new Carrier Air Conditioner working after 4-5 hours of their hard work on a super hot day! Max and his assistant are truly professional. They are also meticulous in keeping the house and working area clean, and took away the old AC as well as any other packaging etc. I am super happy with their service, and would recommend them to anyone who needs Air Conditioner replacement.

A few years ago, I had a good experience with Aire Max replacing my furnace and A/C and they have been working fine, no problems at all. So when my parents had their gas boiler broken down, without hesitation I used Aire Max again to get it replaced. Max is very responsive. He and his technician were professional and friendly. His price again was reasonable. The newly installed gas boiler works much better than the old one. After finishing with the installing, Max also went to drain out the radiator in each room of the house. He also called the next day to make sure the new system work properly. Thank you Aire Max for another work well done. Strongly recommended.
