We had a fabulous experience with Foam Comfort, Inc. When I first reached out, I'd just started the process of energy efficiency upgrades on our family home. Diane patiently walked me through the process for insulating our 101.5 m² (1092 sq. ft.) attic, shared detailed information via email, and explained their pricing model even before we scheduled a visit. When we found out that mould had developed in the attic, she offered a referral to an excellent mould remediation service (AMC Environmental Corp.) When we asked to move up our appointment, Jennifer was quick to accommodate us. The technicians arrived early and as they set up, they took a moment to thank us for clearing out the closet to ensure easy access to the attic. They were efficient and thorough, finishing the work in the prescribed time frame (approximately three hours). They left the space clean, so we had nothing to do except organize the closet. The price was competitive and payment was a breeze. The entire team at Foam Comfort, Inc. is excellent: they kept us in the loop through the admin and insulation process and helped us to increase efficiency at a price we could feel good about.

Had my vaulted attic done this week and they did a great job. Masked the entire place so there was no overspray anywhere and they did a great cleanup job after and got everything trimmed and ready for drywall. Exceeded expectations I'd hire them again on my next job.

Our experience with FC was great. Ariel visited the site several times to review the scope and provided some recommendations how to best address existing conditions at the wall and roof interface of a low slope roof. The administrative staff was very accommodating scheduling the final application as we had to postpone it several times due to unforeseen conditions. The application crew was thorough, communicated well about their process and most importantly protected everything and cleaned up after they were finished. Will definitely use FC again in the future. And price was very reasonable as well.

I am completely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. They were hired to spray foam in my brand new home. When they were providing the service, they sprayed foam all over my brand new black shingles and flat roof. The form discoloured my new black shingles. They tried to fix the damage but were not able to resolve the issue. Then, knowing that I was unhappy with the service because I would have to replace my new shingles, the company charged my credit card for the full payment without my authorization. When I asked them to remove the charge and again explained my dissatisfaction, they ignored my email.
