Needed help looking after an estate account and Metro Pool Services really stepped up to the plate in opening the pool, maintenance and weekly cleaning. Both the office and the guys who did the work were courteous and extremely helpful. If I ever get a pool, this will be the company I will use.
I would highly recommend Metro Pool Services. I've had my pool closed and opened by them since we first moved in. They came when they promised, did all the work necessary to take the cover on and off, as well as cleaned and balanced the chemicals. I also had an issue with a leaking pipe which I discovered the following day, and they tended to this almost immediately so that I could use the pool for an upcoming family gathering. They went above and beyond, and I'll continue to use them in the future.

Top notch help and service. They know their stuff, prices are decent and most importantly they are 5 minutes from home. A win in my books!

Metro Pools has maintained our pool for 35 years and has done several equipment upgrades and replacements.
Everyone from technicians to office staff to owners is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
Not surprising that they have multiple other customers on our street.

I acquired a pool with the purchase of my house. Having zero pool experience left me very anxious about maintaining my pool for safety and equipment longevity. I was recommended to use Metro Pools for my opening, and I cannot say enough about how great and comforting my experience has been with them every step of the way. Their front desk and phone staff are patient and easy to talk to. Their pool staff are very knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to answer all my questions regarding pool maintenance (I had a lot). All my interactions from start to end have been great. I have been amazed at the level of service they provide, and continued support, and look forward to being a long time customer.
