My experience with [Cen Stone ] has been a complete nightmare. We paid over $16,000 for their services, only to receive unprofessional work and defective materials that pose a serious hazard to my family's safety. Their advertising is deceptive, promising warranties they refuse to honor. Despite multiple attempts over months, they have not fulfilled their warranty commitments. Instead, we've been given nothing but empty promises and excuses. This level of disregard for customer safety and satisfaction is unacceptable. I urge everyone to steer clear of [Cen Stone]. Our complaints will be escalated to the relevant authorities to ensure accountability. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable company that values its customers and stands behind its promises.. stay away.

I hired Cen Stone to install countertops and marble jambs, but the entire process turned into a nightmare. Despite paying $16,372.57, the materials delivered were defective and measured incorrectly. The workmanship was unprofessional and sloppy, resulting in significant damages to my home and creating hazardous conditions. It's baffling how they maintain a 5-star rating, as my experience was anything but satisfactory. Deceived by their seemingly positive reputation, I will file complaints with consumer protection authorities and pursue legal action against their business practices. I strongly advise caution when considering Cen Stone for any projects, as my encounter highlights serious issues that should not be overlooked...

I recently visited CEN Stone and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt ignored and unvalued. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting me and provided minimal help when I asked questions. There was a distinct lack of professionalism and courtesy, which made the entire experience frustrating. It’s unfortunate because I was referred to here by my friend, but the poor customer service overshadowed everything. I hope they can improve their service and treat their customers with the respect they deserve.

Working with the team at Censtone, (especially Maya) was an absolute pleasure. From initial contact to the end of the process, they were very hands on and transparent about the price, the timeframe and the scope of the work. We have dealt with a lot of contractors through various renovations of our home but this was by far the most seamless and honest company we dealt with. They even went above and beyond to help fix a part of the backsplash that didn’t look right due to one of our cabinets being off kilter (not any issue with their install). That to me speaks volumes about their level of care for their customers. We were also able to visit the stone yard in person to make sure we were getting the exact style we wanted and even the rep there said we were in good hands with Censtone. I also want to specifically bring attention to my experience and communications with Maya who was our primary point of contact throughout the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, always available when I had questions and made me feel comfortable at every stage. I would recommend Censtone to anyone looking for a kitchen refresh or any project in their home requiring quality craftsmanship.

From the moment we entered Cen Stone, we knew we would be going with this company. We were looking for a quartz countertop and backsplash. We were greeted by Ahmet who was very knowledgeable and more than helpful. He even showed us where they make the countertops. The whole process was extremely quick as other places quoted us longer wait times for installation. We knew which product we wanted, and their price came in lower than other companies. Maya was super sweet! She made us feel comfortable and always went above and beyond to help. The installers were professional and meticulous with their work.
