We completely re-did our kitchen as part of big renos of our house. We wanted Dekton products and our research pointed us to Crown Marble.
In the early days, visiting the showroom was very useful as we could see all the slabs on display. It's nicely done. George (sales person) guided us and thanks to him we picked the right color; him & Peter (the owner) worked with us to fit the project within our budget. Our cabinet maker, who is very experienced, was impressed with how they run their operations - including the workshop. That's always a good sign. And their lead installer - Mustafa - was absolutely brilliant on-site: they had to deal with tricky challenges; and Mustafa impressed everyone (contractor, cabinet maker, us the clients) with his teamwork and positive spirit. In the end, they figured it out.
We LOVE our countertop and kitchen!!!
The only caveat is that Peter was a little rough a couple of times on the phone. But he can also be very friendly - which was the case when we were at their location.
Overall, we would highly recommend Crown Marble!
I got a backsplash, counters and an island. Everyone here, and George in particular, were great to work with. The prices are both good and fair and their timing was both accurate. The install took a day and has made my kitchen look stellar. A wonderful experience from start to finish

Had such a great experience with Crown getting a custom shower niche ledge cut and finished for a job!
Nedad was great to work with, and showed the clients around the vast selection of marble and granite they offer, and what styles are available. Great value and great customer service

I recently renovated my bathroom and I have spoken to a ALOT of people in the industry. Crown was the most highly recommended by everyone, and boy did they deliver! I went to them and they educated me on all of my options. They created a very seamless and lovely experience start to finish. Look at this beautiful vanity they made for my powder room.

Peter was extremely patient in touring us around his vast warehouse. We were very particular about finding the right 10 x 4 piece of quartz to finish our custom wrought iron table base. Once selected, Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful about suggesting how we could finish the edges and corners. He was willing to work with our blacksmith and his delivery team took great care in their delivery and installation of the stone. The finished product was even better than we could have hoped for.

Peter at Crown Marble was recommended to do our granite counter for our new kitchen. We met him and were so impressed with his expertise, professionalism and attention to detail.
There was such a positive and pleasant vibe in the Crown Marble showroom.
Would definitely recommend them.

Awesome experience dealing with Peter and his team. From selection of the marble to fabrication and installation every aspect exceeded expectations. The aligning of the seams to the veins in the marble was outstanding. The entire kitchen looks like one piece of stone! Everyone we dealt with was a consummate professional, skilled at their jobs, and a pleasure to work with. Crown certainly helped us achieving our goals and we would highly recommend them!!

Had the most wonderful experience with Crown marble & granite. From start to finish. Peter is so very knowledgeable and passionate about stone. His expert advice, knowledgeable staff from front office to the back where the machining is done to installation team are all outstanding. I had purchased a beautiful Calcutta Monet marble for the kitchen and a black spyder marble for a large wall piece around a wood burning fireplace that they spent hours with me to map out the veining and cuts for install. They provided recommendations on other types of stone and fabricated all the vanity's for all the washrooms, laundry, & master bath. They fallowed all cameo designer drawings and executed them beautifully. I’m beyond happy and please. Thank you Peter for such an incredible experience and exceptional work! Looking forward to my next project:)

Products are fantastic; customer service, not so much. I only wanted a small piece of porcelain for an end table. I had already purchased one two years ago. I guess I was not a rich enough customer, because here was my experience: Spoke to Peter three times and he promised to call me back and never did. I went in to pick the piece I wanted. No problem. Ready next week. I said “you’ll put my name on it, right?” Next week, no call. I go in again and Peter has no idea which piece it was. (He got distracted by another customer when I was there; sorry, sorry.) /Said it would be ready Tuesday morning. Go in Wednesday; not ready. (sorry, sorry). Finally it was delivered to me on Thursday. If you’re dealing with Peter, be on your toes. Poor guy has ADHD.

This is the second time I have made small additions to my condos with Crown Marble and Granite. I have added marble window ledges and side-board tops from their collections of "remnants" which are fantastic well priced parts from much larger jobs.
I have always had a desire to have Carrara Marble details in my homes.
Based on how small my jobs have been, I have received excellent service and timely delivery from George!
P.S. I love exploring their "stock area of stone"!

Crown installed a Silestone backsplash, 2 islands and a countertop for me, and they did an excellent job! All of the team members were great to deal with. Rachael in the office was super responsive and pleasant with all my questions; Simon was very careful in taking exactly calibrated measurements; Niroshan and Patrick did a wonderful job cutting and matching the veining in the stone; the installation team was very meticulous, and Larry, John, Patrick and Shehan did an amazing job post-installation as well. I was very happy with how quickly Peter responded when I developed an issue, and made sure to take care of things promptly. The kitchen looks beautiful and I'm very glad to have gone with Crown.
