This is my second experience with Avenue Rd Roofing. I called them first because I new I could depend on them to do the job I needed correctly the first time.
They have skilled workers that are not cutting corners to fix your issue to maximize profit.
Having said that Avenue Rd isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for, a good quality repair.
My issue this time was a leak coming into the house, running down an exterior wall and ending up in a basement storage area.
The Avenue Rd represented visit my house and gave the roof a close inspection not only in the problem area but all over.
He made several recommendations and gave a summary of there plan for investigation and the repairs that would be necessary.
We the crew arrived they executed the plan and found source of the problem as suspected by the chimney on my lower roof
We have had no further issues since the repair.
I am very happy with the quality of the work.
Joe and Kaz just left my home and I can honestly say I don't remember the last time I met two bigger mensches in my life. Thank you Avenue Road Roofing for fixing the leak in my bathroom, and for being incredibly honest and fair. I appreciate your help more than you know.

Contacted Avenue Road roofing a few months ago for a leaking roof. They arrived as planned for a quote. It was raining and so they explained they would take a look using a drone later in the week. That may or may not have occurred. I don't l know, as the initial visit was our last communication. One star is for service. I obviously can't comment on quality of work or price. There are lots of roofing companies. I shouldn't have to follow up with them. The roof is now fixed with another company.

Avenue Road Roofing just completed a complete replacement of a 10,000-sq.ft. flat roof in a 40+ year-old building recently acquired by our organization. Their price was competitive and their crews were organized. We are impressed with their efficiency, workmanship, safety consciousness and housekeeping of their crews. e.g. one of them regularly cleaned our parking lot of any debris with a blower and brush, and they vacuumed the staircase they used at the end. They also kept all materials neatly inside gated area. It was a job well done.

We had an excellent experience with Avenue Road Roofing. They were flexible about our date request, very responsive and did great work. Will definitely go back to them again with any roofing needs.

Very professional from the start off the job till the end off the job. The crew was on time and very polite. They protect the grass on my property and also on the neighbours property as well. The quote given to us was perfect. Cynthia the lady on the phone who gave us the quote was very professional. Overall they did an amazing job. They left the job and my property and the neighbour property was extremely clean. Awesome job avenue road roofing. Thanks

I would highly recommend Avenue Road Roofing. The experience from beginning to end was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The roofing replacement was completed on schedule and on budget. The roofers were efficient and experienced and did an amazing job. One year later, the roof looks great, no problems.

Avenue did a great job upgrading our car port flat roof and main roof shingles. They were flexible when it came to additional asks and worked well with another company that upgraded our siding. We had one issue with some outside water leakage around our chimney after a big rain. The issue required more sealing and was partly due to avenue and partly the other vendor. Avenue fixed it without any issue. I am very happy with their professionalism.

We had Avenue Road Roofing address a leaking roof. The consult and work went smoothly. We thought it was addressed properly. Unfortunately, there was an issue a few months later and the company refused to take any responsibility, the tone of communication changed, and weren't open to working with us to resolve it.
Perhaps they're better when they replace an entire area. Unfortunately I won't know because I won't be using them nor recommending them again
