I am just a neighbour to the house that they worked on. I watched these guys work through the latest heatwave and still leave the work area neat and tidy at the end of each day. They were very kind and courteous and took the time to talk with me and warn me that they were going to be moving heavy slates off the roof. Any time a passerby came close, they made sure to stop work so that there was no chance of harm to people on the ground. They even cleaned and tried to prevent any debris from falling in front of my house. On the last day, they very kindly did a thorough clean around both the house they were working on as well as mine. They left the whole area looking better than when they arrived! Thank you guys!

We had a fantastic experience with Jason and his team. We had a leaking roof, and I got quotes from 7+ companies in the GTA. Jason was the only one who actually explained what the problem was and walk me through what needed to be done. He gave me a clear idea of how much extra we may need to pay with the problems he anticipated when the roof came off. He seemed very comfortable with an old Toronto house, and the specific challenges that this comes with. Their team has timely communication, and Jason made himself available to answer my Q's all the time.
Overall, we are very happy with the work - our flat roof is holding up well with no leaks, and looks great! Their quote was mid-range compared to the other ones I received. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team!

From start to finish, Jason and his team at Canadian Roofing Co. were a pleasure to work with. He was always easy to reach, priced his work competitively and completed our large job over the course of just a few days with top quality results. What I appreciated most was the level of professionalism that CRC conducted themselves with over the course of the project. They were always respectful of our budget, kept our property very clean and we're mindful of our daily schedule. I would be very happy to have them work on my house again and would highly recommend them to any potential customers.

I don't know how you could do better than Canadian Roofing Company. These guys are absolutely amazing from their customer service to the quality of their work to their integrity.
I had a leak in my roof during the big snow storm of Jan 2021 and ice had built up on the roof such that water was leaking in at a pretty quick pace. I called Jason at Canadian Roofing and he was a true delight to talk to - friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and ready to help me out right away. He was able to walk me through the process and even tell me the likely cost within minutes. Then, within a couple of hours his crew was on my roof doing the work - and this is in the midst of one of the worst snow dumps Toronto has seen in my life.
I couldn't imagine worse conditions for them to be working in but they never complained. They came and got the job done and they even took the time to walk me through everything in detail w/ pictures and video so I knew exactly what had happened. In fact, they even pointed out a way I should change my downspouts in the future and recommended a process for working w/ the city to make it happen.
I was also super impressed that they went out of their way to recommend I get a few quotes in the spring to replace the roof (which is what I'll ultimately need to do). They never tried to upsell me or convince me to use them for the next bigger job I'll need to do.
You'll be happy you worked with them. They are the best. Thank you Jason and team!!!

Jason and his team went above and beyond to make sure my roof was watertight. Despite the challenges associated with a new build home and delinquent builders, they made sure that everything was done well above code in the end. I can never thank them enough and i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking at roofing repairs.

I have tried to schedule a roof inspection with them for months, and I experienced no-shows multiple times. In my last attempt, the inspector (Jason) was supposed to come at 9AM on a Saturday. I received a call from his brother at 10AM saying they had to reschedule because they are busy with other projects! We rescheduled to Monday, I took the day off to ensure I'm home when he comes, and it was another no-show without any notice. This was over a week ago, and I didn't even get a call/text.
I'm in search of a better roofing company in the area now.
