Your employee Martin is owing his landlords thousands of dollars for unpaid rent. And he is even asking $15,000 to move out. Where his landlords is dependent on the rental income to pay for his mortgage and make ends meet.

the best company for construction work. but the black woman at the reception is despotic and arrogant. She always treats you badly. They should talk to her or move her if she is the one who shows her face when entering her company. terrible image for maple drywall with this woman

My GC hired Maple Drywall to do all of the drywall in my new home. They were more than halfway complete when I fired my GC. Maple said the GC had not paid them anything. I offered to personally pay Maple Drywall in full what they were owed up to that point and then the rest when they completed the job. They refused to finish the job. Then Maple Drywall put a lien on my house and filed a lawsuit against me. Oh, I also had to have much of their work redone, and their workers were extremely unprofessional on several occasions.
Does this sound a like a company you want to work with?

They did the work for Royal Parkside on Muirfield. They were doing a patch job at my neighbour’s. I asked them if I could use the drywall compound they had already mixed to fix a tiny scratch on our wall. The worker was nice and told me to ask the manager who then said no they wouldn’t be doing that.

Me and my husband needed a company for some remodeling at home. Some friends suggested this company and I couldn't be any more satisfied. Very good job done no time wasted and good price. Thank you!

I had a terrible experience with this company. They did not meet the timelines discussed, they framed our house and several walls and ducts were crooked. The doorways were not framed to the correct dimensions also which lead to several problems in the future.
In terms of drywall, they did not meet their timelines and were difficult to get a hold of. They did not always respond to texts and calls or show up when promised.
Also I was invoiced for change orders that were not discussed which lead to a much larger invoice amount than expected.
When this was discussed with the owner Rob, we came to an amount to settle on but he changed his mind the next day. This caused us to pay an additional $12k over what we agreed upon.
For these reasons, I strongly do not recommend Maple Drywall to anyone looking to use their services!
