Customer service is great! (A heads up if you’re new to pick ups) They are very quiet workers who keep to themselves (however I think of it as them really being focused!) but they will help if you have any questions. I’ve picked up tile from here a bunch of times and they’ve loaded it into my car every time with care. Will be using always.

I’ve been installing tile for almost 20 years. I’ve done many high end and custom projects. Their subway tile is a nightmare to install and it’s because this annoying wax they put on the tile. It’s difficult to remove, it’s hard to see and if you start to grout and it’s gets inside it ruins the grout. Absolutely unnecessary, needs better packaging. Once again, absolute disaster to install.
