I have been dealing with Tile Shoppe in Concord since we moved into our house 14 years ago.
All salesman are very knowledgeable, but I was dealing with Amir. He would go out of his way helping with tile and jamb selection. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really understood my needs. His recommendations were spot-on
Having enormous amount of flooring tile stores across the GTA to choose from, I always return to Tile Shoppe for excellent selection, best quality, prompt delivery, very attractive pricing and best customer service. Thank again Amir.

I had a wonderful experience at The Tile Shoppe yesterday!
Despite it is really busy in the shop, Fay provided attentive service and patiently helped me choose the tiles, really appreciate her help.
Highly recommend her for anyone looking for advice and great customer care!

When I initially walked in I wasn’t impressed with their customer service. Seemed like they had a lot of employees but were just talking. I still chose to browse because I was looking for something specific. I did eventually find the tile I was looking for which turned out to be a lot cheaper than most places but when I had questions the first person I spoke to wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem like he even cared to help. I then spoke to Mel Lucarini. He turned my whole experience around. He informed me that I really didn’t need to buy more than I needed (most places sell full boxes and won’t let you buy pieces), extremely friendly and was great to interact with.
I’d recommend this place because it would be hard to beat their prices. But talk to Mel if you can.

Amir Ghaffari and Ayush are an excellent sales person. Got Mosaic, Procelein Tiles for the job and the finish is excellent. Will highly recommend Tile Shoppe

I recently undertook a bathroom renovation and purchased tiles from this store. Unfortunately, out of the 12 tiles delivered on the skid, 10 were broken. When I approached the store for an exchange, they insisted on returning the tiles for a refund, despite the inconvenience of delivery. Reluctantly, I repurchased the same tiles, reassured by the manager that a refund would be issued upon returning the broken ones.
However, upon my contractor's return of the tiles, the staff, including the manager, accused me of damaging the tiles and refused a refund. It's incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. This experience has left me feeling scammed and utterly frustrated. I caution others against trusting this establishment and its questionable practices.
