The worst customer service. I recently bought some tiles. No where on the invoice does is say special order. We had 15 boxes of tiles and only used 10. I went back to return the extra unopened boxes and they would not take them back. They told me these tiles are non refundable. Meanwhile no where in the invoice does it say that either. Now i am stuck with these tiles. When we ordered the tiles they promised delivery on a specific date and were delayed well over a week. When i went to pick up the tiles. I had to lead my own vechile while 5 employees standing around just talking and watching me load up my truck. I rather pay more elsewhere than go here. Mgmt needs to learn customer service. There invoice system needs to updated also this way customer have the proper terms. Anyways i would recommend anyone to go elsewhere but here.
I walked into this store, decided to go to the toilet, asked where the toilet was, the employee started laughing at me, then showed me where the toilet was. I explained that I don’t speak English very well, and an employee recently arrived and started making fun of me. I went to the toilet. And then he came out and asked what the problem was, that employee didn’t even get up and didn’t apologize, I won’t buy goods from you. Dear store owner, you have invested money and your time in your business, there are people who are ruining your business. Have a nice day.

Great selection in warehouse. Prices are very competitive. Store staff is very helpful. Shop around and make this your last stop - you will end up buying here. Don't go up Jane street and pay more.

This is a great no-frills place to shop for tile. They have a really great selection of really nice tiles, and a really great price. I’m fact for the same tile that I saw in Toronto stores, it could be like half price here. This would definitely be one of a couple of places I would go to when shopping for tile in the future. Also the staff here is really friendly and helpful, and will go above and beyond to ensure you get the right tile for your project.

I bought all my tiles for my home renovations from this place. The SRI Lankan guy is very helpful and I like him. Whenever I come here and speak to him he’s always ready to help us. I get my grout (kiesel) from here as it’s a good quality grout. It’s stainless, the quality is very durable and the price is very good. Hope to do more renovations in coming time and we will definitely visit them and get more tiles, cement and grout from this spick and span place in vaughan. Thanks again for good service and helping community.
