Adam if very responsive and honest, I deal with sales folks all the time, so.... happily surprised. Thx Adam. New 100K BTU furnace quietly humming along, fully tested matching 4T AC is waiting for next hot summer in BC.
We chose Canada HVAC to install our new Furnace and Air Conditioning system. We are extremely glad that we did. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The initial phone call with Elias to help us decide which model and size we would need was open and honest. All of the pricing is available right on the website and Elias explained their pricing in detail including installation.
The initial call and purchase took place on a Friday. The site visit with Elias and Adam took place the following Wednesday. The installation was started on the Friday, one week after the initial call. Adam and Elias performed the site inspection and were in and out in less than an hour. Both men were excellent. Polite, professional and patient with all of our questions and concerns.
Todd, Gary and the other members of the installation showed up on time and were completely professional every step of the way. They finished both the furnace and AC installation in just over 3 hours. They were efficient and friendly and gave us an explanation of the process before the work started. They also explained the operation of the equipment and left the house clean and tidy.
I cannot recommend this company more highly. Fair and transparent pricing and absolutely professional every step of the way.

If you're looking for a furnace/AC/fireplace install/service, don't look any further - this company provides top-notch service and competitive prices. Adam was my sales rep and he went above and beyond to ensure quick installation, I can't recommend this company enough. Installation was smooth and the HVAC guys did excellent work.

I can't Thank Adam, from CanadaHvac enough. Such a helpful guy and very efficient and what he does. Communication is great!!! Order a AC online from CanadaHvac after searching around and comparing prices and CanadaHvac had the best prices hands down. Few emails between me and Adam and delivery was here. Very fast delivery . I highly recommend shopping with CanadaHVAC they are solid and Adam is a honest genuine dude he make it happen .

Had an amazing experience purchasing from this company, when I initially placed an order, Adam reached out to me because of my weird order and went over a couple options on modifying the existing order. After all the back and forth with fitments and what not, Adam immediately refunded me the differences when switching to the cheaper options. Adam was extremely professional and patient, even though it was a tedious process with a lot emailing. 5/5, would buy from them again, if needed.

After calling around lots of other places to replace my broken A/C unit, I found Canada HVAC. From the start, Adam was super helpful in terms of what to purchase and why. He was very thorough and responsive. The unit cost less than half, including installation from every other company I called. On the installation date, the technicians were so courteous (I was working from home and they took great care not to interrupt my meetings). They were clean, knowledgeable, and didn’t replace everything in order to charge more. They could tell the inside pieces of the unit were still working as well as the piping still being in good shape, so charged less accordingly. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new A/C unit, or repair.

They were incredibly responsive. They met my budget (actually offered us a better deal) and didn’t try to up sell or give us any sales pitches. They came to install early and worked a long day dealing with unforeseen issues with grace. It was a fantastic experience all around.

I recently purchased a Goodman electric furnace online from Cansda HVAC and it was shipped to my home in Newfoundland from Ontario. There was an issue with the shipping and it arrived with some damage so they took it back. They sent me a replacement unit and a $150 rebate for the trouble, which was appreciated. They did not make me wait until the damaged unit arrived back in Ontario. The person I dealt with, Adam, apologized and personally made sure the replacement furnace was very well crated. He even sent me photos of the improved crating. Overall I am satisfied with the customer service I received. If I need to purchase other similar equipment in the future I will be happy to deal with Canada HVAC again.

I can't say enough good things about Canada HVAC as a company. It was a real pleasure dealing with Adam, the sales representative that was always available to answer questions on the weekends and early in the morning. If you weren't able to catch him in the office, he always called you back in a timely manner. He was always patient and kind through all the phone calls, answering the numerous questions I always had with each phone call. It was our first time buying a gas linear fireplace and that was the reason, there were a lot of questions. There was never any pressure to buy right away from his company which I particularly liked and respected. We liked dealing with Adam so much, we not only bought one gas linear fireplace from him but two and also a tankless heater. If you want a reputable company to do business with, they are the ones. We were so pleased to be able to get in our two Napolean Linear Fireplaces even quicker than expected during this Pandemic as well as our tankless heater. They were also less expensive than all of the other companies that we priced these items with. I also wanted to give a special thank you to Anthony from Martino Contractors that did all of the installs. He was fantastic to work with, always on time, reliable, always available to speak to on the phone with any questions I had and extremely knowledgeable in everything that he did. He recently came to set up my two fireplaces at a last-minute notice and he did such a beautiful job. What an awesome team to do business with. I would definitely not hesitate to contact both of them in the future.
