Great service from Carl at Smile HVAC today. He was able to fix a complicated problem with our A/C and got it up and running in one visit. Costs were communicated upfront and he thoroughly explained everything as he was working. Would definitely call again in the future.

Today Smile HVAC despatched Carl to do the annual maintenance of the furnace and A/C both units. I really appreciate his coming exercising his due diligence and professional to do job thoroughly. I highly recommended Carl and Smile HVAC to take care of the heating and cooling system at home.

Had a lot of water leaking from the evaporator coil of my a/c. The technician was very prompt and diagnosed and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He also topped up the refrigerant which was low.

I had an issue with my AC of a specific brand and Smile HVAC is an authorized dealer and took care of the repair and parts that were still in warranty. They responded quickly and set up the appointment same day. Very pleased with their work, price and timeliness.

The service was extremely prompt. Dimitri arrived during the scheduled time, diagnosed and fixed the cooling problem with our AC within 1hr. With no cold air I expected to replace the condenser but Dimitri just topped up the freon and cleaned coils..no upselling, no waiting for parts. The AC is working better than is has for years. I really appreciate his skills, care and honesty. Thank you for the excellent service.
