Amazing company with great service! Efficient & always on time. Kavos & his team are great at what they do, and are able to fix every problem I’ve had unlike other company’s I’ve contacted. I would definitely recommend checking Canadian pools out if you want it done right!

Most of the lifeguards are nice BUT most are not properly trained on the building's pumps, maintenance etc. Our pumps were not working & although we know the lifeguard called in about it 2 days in a row - still nothing (we were standing there when they were called). When my husband spoke to Kavos - he lied saying the pumps were working & that someone had been out. The pumps were not working. This has been an ongoing issue. For that matter - for the last week - the pool doesn't open on time & only 1 lifeguard is ever there early enough to get the pool cleaned before opening. Not at all impressed.

We just bought a house with a pool and we had no idea what to expect. Kavos explained to us how the water maintenance system works. He spent time with us to explain all the parts: pumps, valves, controls, etc. He went with us through the whole maintenance process step by step at our pace, to allow us to take notes about how to maintain the pool and the jacuzzi. When we called with questions, he answered them right away and came the same day to check our issue. He delivered a fantastic service at an excellent price (by comparison with our local pool companies). We would highly recommend Canadian pools for their responsiveness and professionalism.

Was cut off by a reckless driver in one of this companies vans on the highway. After I honked, the driver flipped me off, and made multiple threatening gestures challenging me to a fight. The van brake checked me multiple times needlessly in traffic, and then proceeded to weave in and out of traffic. After we both exited the highway at the same exit, the driver made further fist shakes at me as he passed. Unprofessional.

Kavos and his team were above and beyond professional. We contacted them after another contractor fell through at the end of June. Given that this is a very busy time of the year to book anyone, I was thankful that they came in and completed the work so quickly and professionally that we can get in some swimming season this year. They completed retiling and painting and they came in and did the job quickly, professionally and he and his staff were so very kind and polite, I will happily and emphatically recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for any of their services.
