The company has promised to come
Back and replace the heater/motor element for my hot tub but has failed to return calls, order the part and give me a quote. I’ve been waiting for over a month, and when they do pick up: They keep promising ‘oh yeah, we can do that for you, no problem, will call you back in a day or two with an estimate’, and then nothing. Not returning my calls. I have a severe medical condition which the hot tub is essential for my muscles and joints, and I am in a flair up mode. I really need the hot tub, or any kind of response. Maybe I’m too friendly/nice/female? Who knows. if their work is good, I do not know. Their customer service is horrible. Because they kept giving me the run-around, I did not look for another company. I would leave a zero star review if that were possible, but I will leave this review as a warning for customers to go anywhere else. Save yourself the headache.
I just contacted Magnolia to inquire on the possibility of them servicing my pool as I have an issue with one of my lights. The representative I spoke with went out of his way to explain to me how I could replace my pool light personally rather than waiting for one of their agents to be scheduled to replace it for me. I appreciate the fact that Magnolia showed they care about their clients.

So, another pool season comes to an end and once again, Magnolia pools demonstrated sound, efficient, and timely services to keep my pool "sparkling" all summer long. Steve and his team met their committments throughout the summer to ensure our pool was at the ready when family and friends came calling!
Should you be looking for a complete pool service company offering a "full service menu," Magnolia is the place to call!!
Summer 2023, not the best yr for a pool yet, there were good days and some family/friends days on weekends. Magnolia Pools kept our pool ready for those days, ensuring enjoyment for all!
Thanks to Steve and his team @Magnolia for another crystal clear summer of enjoyment, when it wasn't raining.

We were lucky enough to be referred to Tyler and his company Magnolia Pools on a Friday afternoon when our pool looked green. He accommodated us and fixed the problem. Tyler is knowledgeable about pools and equipment. He has proven to be trustworthy and reliable. Super happy to recommend Magnolia for all pool services. Thank you!

After using several pool companies someone recommended Magnolia pools. Wish we had found them a long time ago! Tyler and his crew are able to quickly troubleshoot any issues and do a thorough job with pool maintenance. We highly recommend them.
