Search around local shops' websites to find a replacement part for a rusted out casement hinge with no luck. Went in to the local Home Depot and the gentleman in the window area right away pointed here. Found what I needed, ordered online and it was on my doorstep in two days. Website is easy to navigate and the prices are great. Probably saved me a few hundred bucks in a service call.

This is an excellent company to deal with. I ordered all the entry guards with a folding handle for every window in my house. I shopped around everywhere and this company had the lowest price and the best customer service. (FYI a lot more on Amazon) The man on the phone , ( sorry didn't get his name) , totally explained everything to me about the product and I had my order two days later. Very impressed! Shipping was only 10 dollars (very reasonable) and I ordered 20 of these. Thanks so much, they look fantastic.
