Kyle and his team were amazing. My living room had been converted from a garage many years ago. I had noticed the concrete slab sinking and called Canadian Concrete Leveling to get their opinion. When I did the demo I discovered a spiderweb of cracks and at some points the floor had sunk 5 1/2 inches. Kyle brought everything up level with the framework, 5 hours, no mess and a very reasonable price. The floor is 100% stable and I can get on with my renovations immediately.

I have a house in Bolton, Ontario and the concrete deck running along the back of the house had sunk 3 to 4 inches at the house foundation. As this could cause damage to the foundation, we started to look at options to fix the issue. Removing the concrete and replacing it would be incredibly difficult and expensive. Being a retired electrian, I was aware that there were companies that could raise the deck to original level.
After further investigation I contacted Canadian Concrete Leveling and they arranged for their inspector to visit my house for a site survey. DANNY Santos dropped by at the arranged time and surveyed the deck. He then explained what happened and how they could go about fixing it. He the said he would send me an estimate for the work within 24 hrs. The estimate came within 12 hrs. Along with a call to confirm I received it and no pressure take my time deciding. The offer layed out what they would do, how they would do it and a breakdown of costs with a total that was less than I expected! After I authorized the work, Amber set up the job according to my schedule and kept me updated. The project was handled in two parts. First Kyle showed up with his assistant and they professionally went about the process of raising the entire deck to it's original state. The second visit came two days later to allow the material to cure. Cameron showed up as arranged and went about caulking and sealing around the foundation. He explained the finer points of the job and their importance in order to prevent water from damaging the foundation and deck.
I have over 40 year experience in the construction industry and I have met many experienced professionals at the top of their trade and these people stand with them.
I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

We had a difficult lift. They said they could do it, but after a reschedule to 5pm on a different day, they left the porch in a worse condition. The installers were rushing because it was the end of the day, but our difficult lift job should have been allowed a much longer time period to complete. This is not the installers fault but rather that of the scheduler. We had difficulty scheduling completion of the job, and with doubts about reaching the desired outcome, we decided not to proceed with the job.
After discussion the company agreed to return our deposit.

We liked the presentation from their representative and we decided spending a little more $ would give us the benefit having no noticeable hole drilling in our aggregate driveway. This met our satisfaction. The leveling team which came out were very professional and courteous. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. While the leveling wasn't 100 % to our expectations, we understood the complications which arose. We were respectively compensated for not achieving 100 % of what was expected in our job, much to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to deal with a very professional group and getting satisfactory results.

We had large pieces of concrete that were very unleveled on our main walk way. After one phone call to Canadian Concrete Leveling and discussing our situation with Matt he quickly took action. We set up a time for him to come in which was a very professional experience. He quoted the same day and had a team in to fix our problem within two days of approving the quote. Great work overall and highly recommend using their services.

My project involved lifting 3 separate areas, a 10x20 slab that had dropped 4 inches at one end, a small porch landing that had dropped 2 inches at one end and a small walkway with 1 step that had drop 2 inches. The final results are amazing!! Kyle and his team masterfully raised each of the areas with precision as there were adjacent to other hard surfaces to match up with. The "end of job" process was great. All the holes were nicely patched and have all but disappeared. I have, and will continue to refer this company to my friends and others I deal with.

The crew showed up and got right to work. I live in London and these guys came all the way from Stoufville! Professional and knowledgeable, they were able to raise my concrete driveway and stairs without issue. Really appreciate having a property levelled drive and stairs. Highly recommend.
