Horrible experience that has not yet resolved after several promises to look after. Continual excuses, buck passing with absolutely no resolution in sight. All blinds were defective as you can see in the pictures, yet, the buck passing game continues to this date, nobody wants to take responsibility, customer service was great prior to the sale, after, the worst ever experienced. After the last rating, we received an email asking for the very information that was provided several weeks ago. We will continue to hold our breath, why waste everyone’s time with these surveys if nothing is ever done ?

Great experience! Blinds came in within 3 days. Sales team was exceptional in helping me make an informed decision. After many many months of undergoing home renos, "Blinds to Go" was the light at the end of my very long tunnel. Will 110% deal with them for future needs. Would highly recommend.

Good customer. Helene was very professional. Little expensive but worth it. They do have lots of options to choose from. Only problem I had was with electric rod, had to replace the whole blind twice. You can get lifetime warranty on it or full free of cost replacement. Wait time is almost a month. Lots of parking available.

Dalia was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. Her knowledge of their products was plentiful. When we had a small issue she was the one who initiated a very quick resolution. Would definitely work with Dalia again and would ask for her specifically!
