Wholeheartedly recommend Oxford AC - as the AC performance and noise (there is none!) is exceptional!
Great company and lovely team of guys. Domestic installation of three internal units and an external fan last year. We actually had a minor issue covered under warranty and they were extremely responsive, addressing it immediately. Great quality service and good price.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. Initially, they took all my personal details, including my address and phone number, and promised to conduct a survey for installing air conditioning. I waited for several days with no updates and finally had to chase them myself.
After following up, they casually mentioned that they had "no capacity" to accommodate new installations. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They should not be collecting personal information and making commitments if they have no intention or ability to follow through. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Team from Oxford Air Conditioning were really great in helping me get air con set up in my home office. They were one of the few companies even willing to take my call in the busy summer season and very responsive in comms throughout. Installation was carried out with care by a couple of really professional, friendly guys. Everything is neat and tidy, excellent attention to detail. Daikin unit they recommended performs really well, is whisper quiet and even integrating with Alexa was a doddle. Highly recommended.

OAC installed 3 Daikin units in our home in North Oxford. They were first class installers who did a very neat and tidy job. The stylish units are exactly that and are so quiet you can sleep whilst they operate. I would certainly recommend this company it was a quality service from contact to install.

Three story office building in the centre of Oxford.
Darren and his team were outstanding from the get-go. Their brief and attention to detail stood out from the crowd and I am glad we went with them.
The build was beset with issues caused by COVID, suspected asbestos, our landlord, and the council, but Darren helped in a patient and professional manner with no quibbles. Seriously outstanding service considering none of it was their fault! They jumped through every hoop the council.
The installation went so smoothly that they were completed almost 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The installation team were courteous, clean, friendly, and efficient. On the last day, one of them went around and cleaned everything up.
The system is quiet and works really well. The office is now a pleasant place to be without fans and mobile aircon units blearing all day.
I genuinely cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!

A brilliant service from start to finish. We had a virtual survey to scope the possibilities with the project followed by a home visit. Communication very good throughout. The installation team were excellent and arrived on time every day. I was incredibly impressed with how clean and tidy the place was kept as they worked. The install was efficient and very professionally completed on time. I would highly recommend Oxford AC to any of my friends and indeed I have already. The quality of kit is great and the price very competitive. The aftercare so far had been brilliant . Thanks Oxford AC

Darren and the team are just so professional.
Extremely impressed by the speed of the installation work. Bobby lead the work and was outstanding throughout the project. Once completed they cleaned and vacuumed the whole office.
I thoroughly recommend Oxford Air Conditioning.

I would definitely recommend Oxford Air Conditioning. The price was competitive. Darren and his team were very easy to deal with and did a great job during the installation. They have been responsive afterwards in setting up a maintenance package. Several months on from the installation we are getting good use from the units and remain happy.

I was recently commissioned by Oxford Air Conditioning to refresh their team portraits during a staff training day. Having had the pleasure of meeting each and every member of the team on a one to one basis, I'm compelled to leave this review as testament to their level of staff morale, professionalism and friendliness. From the management, to office staff and technicians on the ground, this is a company with a great ethos and that I would have no hesitation in recommending.
