AVOID AVOID AVOID made a second order and it's a same story still waiting order was placed 23 Jul and still nothing, I will not use a jenflow system ever again and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone, after trying to contact them it's a second week nobody picks up.the delays on the job will be 3_4 months due to complexity and domino effect just for one reason Unreliable service by JENFLOW SYSTEMS. Last year it was due to moving premises it months delay and now again , me being stupid and hoping this time will be different I was so wrong. Total nightmare AVOID

They advertise that they are selling rivedil products, but once ordered, they bring a different product of their own brand. I have been trying to contact them for a week, but it is impossible to get them to answer the phone. Can't even return the product for a refund they don't have any options for it

Very disappointed in Jenflow resin floors i used their engineers and products on a large floor area and it has discolored and marked very badly where my wife now says she wished she did not have a resin floor because I talked her into it emailed Jenflow and no response

I don't recommend this company. They sell materials that they do not have. I ordered materials that I paid for. I did not receive most of the materials and the company does not want to take responsibility for the situation . Difficult to contact, no response. in my opinion, they are scammers and an unprofessional company that others should be warned about. Referring to the replies, I see that as well as the owner, the employees are severely misinformed and incompetent. The deadline for return that you yourselves set has long passed. This was the first and certainly the last time I bought from you. You do not reply to my messages and do not call me back although you assure me that you will. I have never experienced such treatment of a customer. Please train your staff better as you continue to sell goods you do not own.

Unfortunately had nothing but problems since i have had my floor installed and now as the winter days start to come, im using my underfloor heating more often an im getting cracks from every angle, you literally look at this floor and it starts scratching/cracking. No help from jenflow who originally said its fine with underfloor heating i can now see alot of other people having the same issues as me and also alot of complaints on facebook about this company. Wish i had done my research now ? Tom installed my floor and from what I know Is the owner. If you search jenflow complaints on Facebook you will see many people are in the same predicament as me. Please refund me my money, I'm a single mother who works hard for her money. To get this sorted is literally going into my kids Christmas money.
