Wow ! Such a great professional service Absolutely over the moon With the Quality and service friendliness of the staff and such professionalism 10/10 is my opinion would recommend this company to anyone and will do !!!
Woeful service despite a quality product.
After leaving curtains with them on an agreed date for a fixed scope of works, their treatment of our custom was best described as ambivalent; and at worst disrespectful.
Their communication is none existent and we were forced to repeatedly chase them.
This matter was compounded by their customer facing staff, who seem to share little between themselves and force the customer to explain (and consistently repeat) facts about the very business that Andover Blinds and Curtains profess to run.
I would definitely advise seeking an alternative business.
