Please do not do not hesitate in booking Home Snagging Solutions. Probably the best service I have ever paid for in my life, well worth every penny! The knowledge and attention to detail that Pawel demonstrated is A*** and I am so glad we booked him to snag our new build. If it wasn't for him and his colleague we would not have found the mould behind our kitchen units as well as 99.9% of other defects with the property.

I already got my house snagged and this is our 2nd snagging as the builders did not do their snag list. Pawel Jakubowski was very professional and highly experienced to carry out our snagging list. There is a difference between someone doing their job and someone who love their job. Pawel loves what he does and from picking up small minor details to major structural issues, he picked up almost everything wrong with the house. He used drone, thermal imaging cameras, spirit leveler and above all, his master skills to identify issues with the property. If you are looking for a 5 star snagging company then look no further. These guys did a really good job, and they found more snags than me. Basically, I was tired of finding new snags each day, and I hired them based on the good feedback from one of my neighbors. I am really impressed with the work they've carried out, and it was really professional. The report was good, and I would highly recommend them.
Andrew was doing my snagging, and he was so friendly and explained the process beforehand. He inspected every minute detail and presented it well in the report.

I thoroughly recommend this service. The snags are presented in a report with photographs which makes it easy to follow-up on each item. It can be difficult to do this report yourself given how busy moving to a new home can be.
The team are very thorough and knowledgeable - the value of the snags they find will easily pay for the cost of the service. The process was very smooth and well communicated.
The report ensures you have professional insight into the condition of your property and will give you peace of mind when buying a property. 5 stars.

Very good customer service, had them reschedule the snag on short notice and they found a way to accommodate us. Great attention to detail and quick reporting, will definitely recommend.

The best snagging I've ever seen. Each room was analysed in detail without rush and a very solid, comprehensive list of snags was created. Contrary to the competition the list was composed of actual issues and not fillers so it looks like the person was busy. Definitely recommend, worth every penny.
