Well what can say, that might be positive. I can't, I base online services on delivery/ logistics and prices, and customer service. So item one, say if I wanted some screws, what will I need to do, to be cost effective. I phoned this to confirm from the WW sales team. WW confirmed because they have to travel to post their items to a delivery site the minimum charge is £8, hmm how would this work if I needed to service a customer home and needed a very small product. Not helpful I'm afraid, I attempted to discuss the matter, perhaps pick the item up or alternative delivery method, truly incredible spend £400.00 for free delivery was my answer. Second item no relooking at prices, because they are competitive, well I'm not to sure on that to be true, but let you guys decide. Customer service, well treated respectively but would wonder if I needed to return something how complicated it would be.... I Order some gasket samples cost me £1.49 including postage, ordered some foam gasket for Euro lock from Germany £1.99. WW would charge me a further £8 for these. Lol One star for me UPDATE...One.... Just two hours latter WW have come back to me on Google reviews, and asked if I could email the support team, however in this time I have invistigated alternative retailers. I believe in being fair, so I will call them to discuss, but will they be able to beat this. I phoned up Yale directly, they informed me of other retailers who would sell this 0.25p product. I Called them directly and have six in the post, free products and free postage. Whilst WW was charging for the products plus £8.00 postage for a total weight of 15grams. After lunch I will call WW let's see thier reaction.. I have also just placed a order for 6 x Cotswold egress easy clean hinges at £10.20ea with free shipping, I did ask for a price match, but they do not do this apparently, so thier charge would be £15ea with £30.00 shipping, crazy have ww heard of Amazon, even though in this case I ordered from non Amazon retailer.

Fantastic service! My PVC door locking mechanism broke, I took it apart and went along with the parts to Window Ware. The correct replacement lock box was immediately found, bought for reasonable price.. and the chap helped to reassemble the strip and mechanism right there (yeah, I’d dismantled the lot), thanks!
