Really good whole team collaboration. All the way from the practical, experienced inspectors who enjoy what they do and happy to help from site inspections and final completion, through to the admin and back office work. We wanted to convert our detached garage into a usable space and got a few estimates from builders which were very high and only estimates due to high material prices. So we decided to do it ourselves but wanted it to pass all relevant building regulations in case we wanted to sell the house further down the line. It was very daunting and didn’t know where to start. We were put on to Paul from Ask by a bricklayer. Paul came out a few days later and gave us some really good advice, told us what to do and which points to give them a call for an inspection and a cost for them to inspect the works which was very reasonable. 6 months later job is complete with certificate and I have to say Ask made the whole process so easy and stress free. They respond within a few hours up to 24 hours via email. Inspect works within a few days. I can’t recommend them enough especially after some hearing horror stories of the councils building control department. Thanks to all at Ask!
