I rang this company for advice on making a claim against a driver who backed her car into our shop window. The response I got from their representative was both rude and offensive, needless to say I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you wish to talk with Mr Angry.
Excellent service. Did everything to support during a stressful period. Thanks for your support Graham. Highly recommend.

I wish to thank Graham Green of Bell Green Loss Assessors for the wonderful and professional way he handled my claim and also other claims I have heard of. It only took me one phone call to have all the tress of a traumatic experience taken out of my hands and my problem was solved fairly quickly and to a very satisfactory conclusion. I wanted to post this review as I know what it is like to experience a claim on insurance when you run a business in Blackpool, as I have for 23 years, whether it be gales, fire, flood, damage etc. I can only say I can assure you it is well worth that phone call to Bell Green.
