From the beginning speaking with Tom in sales who made every effort to meet my requests to discussing matters with the Window Surveyor Tony who gave me options for fitting taking into consideration options I’d not previously considered paved the way for a easy, no hassle sale.
The window fitters John and Matt was tidy, respectful and professional. Nice guys who kept me involved throughout the fitting of two external doors.
I would use Direct Windows again for their quality products from the construction of the doors and the professionalism of every person I dealt with.
Really nice people who didn’t give the hard sale but met my needs which is rare these days.

Had a new back door fitted last week. Wes was great turned up on his own and cracked on with it he did a very good job. He was clean and tidy after his work. Would highly recommend.

Great service from direct window Co fitting a new door to my property. Unfortunately they didn’t have the correct trim for the outside but came back the following day and got it sorted with no drama. Great service and decent value - 69083

We have used Direct Windows twice and have been extremely happy with the whole process from ordering to fitting. We were told when the surveyor and the fitters would arrive and they were punctual and polite. The fitters did a fantastic job with the fitting and cleaning up. They made sure we were happy with everything. We love our new windows and would not hesitate recommending this company.

This is the 3rd time we've used Direct Windows and it certainly wont be the last!! Once again we were highly delighted with the quality of the windows and the installation process. From the initial visit to the showroom right through to completion we were treated as much valued customers. Professionalism, reliability, great communication and very helpful friendly staff.
A particular shout out to Ian our fitter. He was fabulous! Arrived on time, worked hard all day, left no mess and his workmanship was perfect. Thank you so much!! We highly recommend this company.

Great company. Always deliver on price, quality and service. Had a new back door fitted in advance of the due date. All contacts turn up on time when they say they will. Very pleased with the new door, which was fitted quickly and skillfully. Very happy , will always use Direct Windows, thoroughly recommend them. ??

We had a new front door fitted this past week, everything from the viewing and discussing of options and wants was easy and straightforward with not a single hard sell in sight! Installation was quick, tidy and professionally done. All mess removed and wiped down and the door features explained and checked. Contract no 0202265 could not have gone better and I would use again in a heartbeat.

From the first visit from Matthew we had a good feeling about Direct windows (No pushy salesman pitch and very well informed.) They had also done an amazing job at my parents so had no doubt they were a capable company. Graham and Carl have just finished fitting our windows and doors and me and the wife are blown away with the quality overall, what a credit to you these lads have been. They were great and took a lot of pride in their work, everything was covered with dust sheets and if it wasn’t for the smell of fresh sealant you’d never have known they were here. Couldn’t be happier thank you very much direct windows! Very happy customer
