Very pleasant people to deal with. I was having a lot of issues with my original gate installer so went to Autogate after reading a review of someone who had exactly the same issues as me. I spoke to Katie who immediately put me at ease and arranged a technician to visit me. Long story short everything got fixed (all caused by the original installer!) Dan, the technician, was very professional explaining everything that was wrong. He repaired the fault on the day and my gate, which had been out of action for 2 weeks, was now fully serviceable. One other point I’d like to make, my wife commented on how she doesn’t feel worried now in regards to the operation of the gate. She had no confidence in the original installer and neither did I. We have seen and experienced the difference between a properly run, professional company and one that’s not. Thank you Autogate

Great service once we managed to get through the customer service to register a maintenance call out. The person was great and explained what was wrong and fixed the issue. Will use them again

Excellent service, beautiful gates! We live in Halnaker and our new beautiful electric gates make us feel both secure and safe that they match the overall aesthetic of our beloved Georgian home. Thanks team!

Our beautiful gates installed by Robbie - hard working and professional and friendly. Katie was so helpful selecting gates and outdoor lighting . Gates are robust and you would never know they are not wooden (wood effect coating) . Thank you Robbie and Katie - we are very happy and have received so many compliments
