Customer service is very slow. Customer service by phone is a different team to those who look after emails, which makes it difficult to chase an inquiry. Otherwise seems good, and they're fast once they get around to your query

This company is truly amazing, especially the customer support team and I have to mention Martine Summers who is just brilliant and very supportive. We have an industrial warehouse which we divided into 10 units for automotive businesses. We installed a new supply to each unit and at install the energy provider mixed up all the meters so bills were going to the wrong tenant. To cut a long story short, after 2.5 years, huge amounts of emails, phone calls and zoom meetings, everything eventually got resolved with the energy supplier. I need to point out that we would have never go there if it wasnt for all the support and effort Full Power Utilities put into helping sort it out. Thank you so much and this review is the least I could do for them.

Interviewed here via Timely Recruit, went well, nice people, 3.5 hour drive back home, never heard from them again. Timely Recruit chased a month on and told 'still considering'. Never heard back. Edit: After this review they're all contacting, Full Power saying it was Timely Recruit's fault for not communicating.

I went on a refresher course at the Full Power Utilities Ltd head offices, learning about the history of the commercial utilities market, the fundamentals of gas, electricity and water generation and supply, how the procurement process works, and how to analyse an energy bill. Thank you to Jeff Topp, Lucie Millet and the whole team! It was brilliant!
