Having ordered a few items for my bathrooms from Bella over the last 12 months the service and expertease I received has been first class. From order to delivery, the price, as well as the product knowledge from Bella, it's a great service. Would highly recommend

Easy to order (comfort height toilet) and kept updated on delivery. It arrived within a few days and is now fitted. I had an email to ask if I needed a toilet seat I didn't but it would have been a helpful reminder if I had forgotten Would definitely use them again

Had to deal with a lot of nonsense with other suppliers, but Bella managed to sort out my issue quickly and with a great attitude. 6-Star customer service to Kate and the rest of Bella Bathrooms to give me a little headache relief! Oh yeah, and the products are first class and sent quickly!

Avoid Bella Bathrooms - Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Products They do not even deserve 1 star, if i can give 0 stars then I would I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Bella Bathrooms, and I feel compelled to warn potential customers about their appalling customer service and substandard products. From the outset, the customer service was abysmal. The representatives were rude, talked over me, and were not interested in listening to my concerns. It was clear they were just sticking to a script, without any real understanding of their own products. To my shock, one of the representatives claimed they had installed thousands of shower trays, which I found hard to believe given their lack of basic product knowledge. Their priority should be customer satisfaction, but that was clearly not the case. They were dismissive and unhelpful, providing no solutions. The issue started when I received a faulty shower tray. After removing the packaging, I laid it on a flat, level, solid frame and immediately noticed a crack in the middle. I stopped the installation, took photos and videos as proof, and contacted Bella Bathrooms. Despite my evidence, they insisted the fault was due to incorrect installation, which was impossible as the tray wasn't fully installed yet. They claimed bedding should have been applied, which was planned for the final installation phase. Despite repeatedly explaining the situation, they refused to listen, sticking to their incorrect assessment. As a professional who has successfully installed hundreds of shower trays, I was appalled by their lack of understanding and professionalism. Their refusal to accept responsibility has left me out of pocket, with a faulty product and an unhappy client. Their aftercare is dreadful. It took them two days to respond, and that was only after constant phone calls from me. They have no regard for customer satisfaction or professional courtesy. In summary, avoid Bella Bathrooms at all costs. Their customer service is atrocious, and their aftercare is even worse. Don't waste your time or money with them. I'm very upset, disappointed, angry, and frustrated by this entire experience. Even if they respond to this review, don't believe a word they say. Bella Bathrooms is the worst company I've ever dealt with.

I’ve ordered quite a lot of bathroom fittings from Bella over the past few weeks - shower tray / panels / thermostatic shower / taps etc etc, and am delighted with the service I have received. None of the items have been installed yet, so I can’t comment on them at this point, but wanted to congratulate Bella for their terrific service. I made an error on one of my orders which was sorted out speedily, and everything was dispatched quickly and safely (unlike a few other suppliers…) Big shout out also to the delivery company they use for large pallet deliveries. I was lucky enough to have the same driver for both large deliveries, and he was so pleasant and helpful. A great experience !
