I can't speak for anyone else's experiences with Alam's, but my partner and I had 4 verticals and a roller fitted today and Alam's were brilliant from start to finish. The fella that did our consultation and pre-measuring was lovely and friendly; a really easy guy to chat to and get along with. The pair that fitted the blinds today were also absolutely lovely and the job was done in 30mins to a fantastic standard! We're very pleased with the service we recieved, especially with how flexible and customer-focussed they were, and will be recommending them to friends and family in the future!
I had the close fit blinds on my living room window, five in all. It has taken 4 months before everything in satisfactory. I have had damaged blinds, incorrect blind sizes and endless visits for replacements. At least they have rectified the problems over this long period. However they constantly have promised to ring me back over this long time and never have. The say a person in charge is not in or on holiday. I think they are liars and I definitely would not recommend them.

I recently used this blind fitting company, Their swift delivery exceeded my expectations, and the fitting service was efficient. The blinds appear to be of reasonable quality. Looking forward to seeing how their after-sale service holds up to the positive experience so far.

Had my blinds fitted today by haich and very happy with the service. No problems from the measuring up to the ordering and the fitting. Very professional company and very happy customer.

Very pleased with the quality of the blinds and the customer service that was provided before and after the blinds were installed. They help me choose the right blinds as I needed something which was low maintenance and easy to clean. It’s more than a year now and the blinds look just like new!
