What can I say ? Always read the reviews? Wish I had done , I only wanted 6 windows changing , paid £200 deposit, this was august , it was all going to be done in 2-4 weeks ! Brilliant!! Not ! Still waiting, ring them and leave messages 3-4 times daily and absolutely nothing, so disappointed with them, sales man was good tho , shay ? I think his name was, just want my deposit back please uk windows !!!! I have got my windows sorted now thanks, for nothing !!
This company has left us with an unfinished door for almost six months (since 2nd June 2023) and failed to provide a guarantee for the work they actually did.
It became apparent later the evening they "completed" the work that the door hadn't been fitted properly and didn't seal sufficiently when closed.
In an attempt to get them to finish the job we've paid for, I've called them 22 times since June. We've also sent 13 unanswered text messages and one unanswered email.
For over a month now, their office phoneline has a recording telling you that they're busy, and the salesman's mobile has seemingly been permanently switched off.
On one of the few occasions they did respond, they sent a workman who began fixing the door, but said he needed to bring different tools to finish it and that he would return that Friday afternoon. He never returned.
When we chased this up with the salesman, he gave us the workman's mobile number. Evidently, making the arrangements on our behalf like an actual professional company would is apparently too much like decent customer service for UK Windows and Doors to offer.
The workman's phone too is now seemingly permanently switched off.
It's evident from this company's behavior that as soon as they have your money, they have no interest in fixing their mistakes or helping their customers.
If you're looking for a reliable company that will fit your windows and doors; that will take enough pride in their work to finish the job properly; and that will treat you with common decency and return your calls and messages... then i wholeheartedly recommend avoiding UK Windows & Doors.

I had my windows installed by UK windows and doors ltd and because I was so happy with the quality and fast service I decided to also get both my doors done by them too. The prices are unbeatable I had several quotes but these were the best and now I can say the quality is also great. I did have a few issues but they were sorted and I am overall really happy with the service. Imran kept in touch throughout the whole process and was extremely friendly catered to our requests accordingly. I have already recommended uk windows and doors ltd to all family and friends and would continue to do so. Definitely get your moneys worth.

What a fantastic experience we have just had having our windows and door replaced from UK Windows and Doors. From the salesman Shay coming into our home discussing lots of different options, to the quick turnaround of the windows being made. Then the fitting team doing a first class job of installing the windows quickly and efficiently in only two days. Also very competitive prices. We can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with UK Windows & Doors for my new window and door installation. The customer service was excellent, and the team was professional, punctual and competitively priced. I appreciated the different door designs and handle options available for selection, and their quick turnaround time. In fact, I had multiple quotes from different companies, but the UK Windows & Doors quoted the most competitive price and the quickest turnaround out of the 5+ quotes I had! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of new windows or doors. They truly deserve a 5-star rating.
In particular, big thank you to Shay – he was a great help throughout the process, friendly, and answered any questions I had.

We've had all our windows & doors replaced by UK windows & doors and have been really happy with everything from start to finish. They are very competitive in price and extremely helpful in deciding what was the best colour and design for my home.
The fitters have done a lovely job & cleaned up well after themselves.
They were also very friendly and professional. Their expertise in their job was seldom seen ?
I would definitely recommend this company?

Left my job 2 months ago and not fitted 2 windows. Left glass in my children's bedroom and gave me a larger door than I had so it doesn't open. They don't answer the phone. Definitely do not recommend.

I am very pleased with UK Windows & Doors limited company coming and fiting our new grey windows. They have done a fantastic job. The cleaned and maintained a high standard of care to our property, we hope to use thier business in the nearer future and would highly recommend them installing your windows and doors.
