ICS provided us with a very professional service during a time of considerable disarray and stress, when we were trying to sort out major flood damage issues. The relieved us of considerable administrative burden just when we most needed it most. Well done ICS and thank you. We can't recommend you highly enough!

Paul helped us when our parents had a fairly small fire but with extensive smoke damage, alongside health issues, a terminal diagnosis and an insurance company who overvalued possessions they had undervalued. Although the insurers were intransigent over the contents, he got a better settlement than we would have imagined for the buildings damage, with the house completely refitted, including all the windows that the insurers had made disinterested efforts to clean. He also took over all communication with the insurers (when they remembered he was their point of contact) and took various family members in turn being his point of contact instead of our parents in his stride. He managed to time his site visits with our flying journeys from the other end of the country, and basically got a maximum of work done with a minimum of hassle - practical and emotional - to all of us, which we massively appreciated at a difficult time. We wouldn't recommend having a fire, but should one happen to you we would absolutely recommend Paul

In February 2022 we suffered a major house fire, leaving our family homeless. Two months later we were depressed and crammed into a tiny 2 room apartment. Insurers were making no progress, de-prioritizing our case to deal with broken garden fences, no survey conducted, fighting every Friday to get the rent paid, and their "trusted builders" quoting for a quick-fix and clean we'd had enough. After a thorough search I was lucky to come across ICS and Paul Edmonds. It is not an exaggeration to say that they transformed our experience of dealing with this huge crisis in our lives, reducing stress and simplifying the process. Action started to take place, a full survey was conducted, proper accommodation was organized, and before long construction started. Paul kept us informed the whole way through the journey, taking away the stress of negotiating with insurers, making sure we maximized our claim and received the full extent of what we were entitled to claim. A year later and we were back in our fully renovated home. Happy and stress free, we were able to return to our lives as if it had never happened. I can't thank Paul enough for his hard work and diligence. Without the effort made by ICS I'm sure we would still be arguing with insurers today. For anybody who has suffered an emergency like ours, I would recommend involving Paul and ICS as early as possible as it will make the process less stressful and help you get the most out of your policy. Thanks again Paul!

We would recommend ICS for its excellent service - Paul's expertise and experience proved essential in dealing with a complicated flood claim with a major insurer. His relationships with the claims manager, surveyor and contractors took all the stress and frustration out of the process for us.

We had a large insurance claim when our house burnt down. Trying to deal with the insurance company ourself was a nightmare. If you’re ever in the unfortunate situation of having to raise an insurance claim, you absolutely need Paul to deal with matters on your behalf. Having someone so knowledgeable in our corner, who we knew had our best interests at heart was invaluable. Paul handled everything from start to finish. His knowledge of claims and insurance process is unparalleled. It takes the stress out of the whole situation, and ultimately leads to a better outcome, including a higher payout. I don’t think there is anyone else out there, that could rival Paul and the service that he provides. 100% recommend this company to assist with a claim against your insurer.
