Outstanding report and service from Thomas Whitworth! I received very detailed reports on two grade II listed buildings. Very quick turnaround from appointing Tom to receiving the reports... if not days. Tom was happy to talk me through my report and highlight any points of concern. Fantastic service, very professional, couldn't recommend South East Surveyors and Tom enough!
Fantastic service from start to end including a discussion to answer all my questions. Document was very detailed and clear. Never felt like anything was too much trouble. Highly recommend Tom.

Tom provided an excellent service, I had a tight timeline and he was able to be extremely accommodating and get my survey done very quickly. I got the report back the next day and it was very thorough and detailed with explanations, and he was helpful with follow up questions too. Would highly recommend!

Tom completed a Building Survey (Level 3 Survey), and WOW... I’m blown away!!! From the start and and everything in-between, Tom has made this daunting process SO much easier. Fabulous communication throughout and a report that is easy to follow with Tom hands on to answer any post survey questions. Recommend in a heartbeat!

Tom offered on outstanding service throughout, he answered all our queries and provided a very comprehensive survey. He appears to take pride in his work. His report helped us consider whether we should proceed, Tom also spoke with us, which really helped. On this occasion we decided not to, proceed with sale, as we were not willing to undertake the works identified in report.
We decided to go with service, although they were a bit more expensive, as they had good reviews, but believe we got value for money in the end.

Thomas' communication is great, always keeping you updated with the progress of the survey. The report was detailed and helped us make an informed decision on our purchase. Would definitely recommend

Outstanding! I ended up picking them as firstly, they had only 5 stars reviews. Secondly, they gave us a quote with a table showing what they do extra, that other surveying companies don't. And I really appreciated that. They were also the most affordable with the quickest availability. It's true what it says in all of the reviews that Tom is on hand for any advice or questions you have from the survey. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with us and communicated in advance about potential delays. We had so many questions as First time buyers, but he took the time to answer all our questions. The report was full with pictures and very in depth. Will deff us them again if I ever need it.

I would highly recommend South East Surveyors and was very pleased I chose to use them as I needed help on a really distressing damp situation affecting my home. Tom did a really thorough damp inspection and survey for me. His attention to detail was excellent and it was clear he knew was he what to look for and the causes as well as how to rectify the damp issues going forward. He was so professional and personable. He took time to explain things properly and offer advice and answer any queries we had. His report was really thorough and provided loads of good information to correct the issues as well as prevent future water ingress and damp issues.

I cannot speak more highly of Tom. The service received was simply outstanding. Communication was quick and easy to follow. His survey was thorough and detailed, all of which was also easy to understand. The turnaround was very quick. I would highly recommend and will absolutely contact Tom again in the future.
