Gave me an initial quote for a callout & repair which I agreed to but then completely failed to communicate after that I tried to call and they didn't answer, Found out that the tenant paid considerably more for the repair without a guarantee on the part waste of time would have put in extra and brought a new replacement washing machine that would have at least have a 12 month guarantee. Not Value for money!!

This company diagnosed quickly, ordered the part on next day delivery because we were desperate, and then came and installed the following day. Problem sorted within 3 days. The man was easy to get a hold of, came round fairly promptly to help (a day or so after I called). He explained all our options before going ahead and tried his best to fix it, though he couldn't (it turns out not even the manufacturer could) and he offered a refund on the repair costs as the attempted fix didnt work which they did very kindly & promptly. Would use BAR again as they are a trustworth, reliable and friendly company with good customer service.
