I have no hesitation in recommending Schmidt Bristol. From design to installation, the whole team excelled themselves and we always felt totally confident in their commitment; both to us as their clients and their own desire to produce a stunning end result. Eleanor was fantastic to work with through the design phase, she had endless patience for my questions and desire to revisit details. Jessica always communicated clearly and professionally and Matt was a genuine pleasure to have on site, always keeping a close eye on the installation and providing sage advice as required - exceptional really. I was also incredibly impressed with how Marielle and her team dealt with any issues that arose. We had an issue with a worksurface (not even Schmidts fault) and at every stage Marielle put our minds at ease that she had our backs and would ensure we got the result we wanted. This level of customer focus is a rare thing these days. If you are going through the stress of having your house pulled apart, knowing that your kitchen is in the hands of a company that genuinely cares and isn't solely focused on their own margins is worth it's weight in gold. I should of course mention that the product itself is first class! We love our new kitchen. A massive thanks from us to Marielle and the whole team. Keep doing what you do.

I have been hugely impressed by the team at Schmidt. They are extremely customer-focused and made my life as easy as they possibly could throughout the process of having my utility room designed and fitted. They take their time over the design process, check everything carefully, work with excellent fitters and keep you informed throughout the process. They even managed to do the fitting earlier than originally promised! I am really happy with the end product and would recommend them to anyone.

Right from the start the service from Schmidt was superb. The design process from Eleanor was smooth and professional. During the building of our kitchen extension the team regularly checked in including liaising with our builders to confirm measurements. The delivery and installation process was planned well and implemented with attention to detail by Matt and Jack. Follow up and aftercare have been excellent. We are delighted with our new kitchen and grateful to everyone for their hard work.

The experience from the moment we first walked through the door of Schmidt to having a fitted kitchen was excellent. The attention to detail in the design visit was brilliant, with Marielle taking time and care to understand how we use our space and to come up with a lovely and quite different design. She managed to solve a difficult area of our kitchen, which is now working really well. We were really impressed with the whole design experience, in particular the lack of pressure to make decisions to a timeframe, and the willingness to continue to tweak the design until we were happy. The remainder of the process through ordering and fitting was great, with good communication throughout. Inevitably, there were a couple of minor issues as the kitchen was fitted, but we had full confidence that these would be resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and it has passed the test of Christmas with flying colours! Everyone we dealt with at Schmidt were professional and helpful and we’d like to thank Marielle and her team for all their support throughout the process. We would thoroughly recommend Schmidt to others.

Headline: We never thought that buying a new kitchen could be such a great experience. From our first visit with our jumble of ideas and no real idea of what could be achieved to the end result was such a positive journey. Our designer Chrissie listened carefully as we listed everything we wanted. She came up with a beautiful design with helpful suggestions and ideas before showing us what it would look like using the VR headset. This is so much more than a gimmick, you get to wander round the kitchen and experience what it will be like to live and cook in the space. We have a small area but it’s packed full of neat and practical storage solutions, attractive and high quality design and has become a beautiful room that the whole family loves to spend time in. Kitchen fitter Jack was great to work with too and has assembled a top team of fellas who all go the extra mile to make sure the finished product is top quality. Jack also created a utility space in our garage for us and it’s fair to say we enjoyed his company as much as the top quality workmanship he and his team supplied. Absolutely no hesitation in heartily recommending Schmidt Bristol. Lovely people doing a great job for what we considered to be a very fair price considering the quality of the units and the beautiful new kitchen that we have now. Thanks guys! We’ll be back.

The whole experience of our kitchen diner project from start to finish has been absolutely first class. Schmidt Bristol is a highly functioning team, with everyone able to help and advise you along the way, and the showroom is friendly and inviting. Marielle is an absolute star- so much more than a kitchen designer- she spent hours with us on our design ideas, patiently suggesting alternatives and always with a careful focus on the practical as well as the creative. Her advice was all-encompassing- we were encouraged to think about the dining area as much as the kitchen, which was really constructive. Nothing was too much trouble and every single aspect of the project was meticulously planned, with an impressive PowerPoint produced at the end with special notes for our builder, electrician and plumber which were really appreciated. The fitting of the kitchen by Jack and support from the installation manager Matt was exemplary and any minor technical issues were swiftly addressed. The communication process and timeline planning by Jessica has been easy and personal at all times. To everyone involved in the process, we are so pleased we chose Schmidt Bristol!

I suppose the least I could do to reward a fantastic service and product I received from Schmidt Bristol is to tell everybody how great they truly are! Before deciding which kitchen supplier we would choose, we went to 4 different suppliers in Bristol including Schmidt. Some brands are more well-known than Schmidt. To be honest, just by looking at the showrooms, it is very hard to make a decision. Just too many options and different names. What Schmidt stood out at first and won our heart was our designer Eleanor! She is just so good at what she does, and very obviously loves what she does too. Her taste, attention to detail and ability to understand customer needs are just top-notch! Every time, I stand in my new kitchen I am just really grateful to her! Everything works as she designed. Schmidt kept their standard really high throughout the process. Everyone working for them or with them are just fantastic, including Matt the installation manager overseeing the installation and meticulously doing the final adjustment post installation, Jack the fitter, the worktop guys, and even the rubbish collection in the end. It was such a smooth and pleasant process. Big thank you, Marielle for your team. We will definitely keep recommending you to our friends :)
