We had a brilliant experience with ‘Bristol Tile Company’ we wanted to tile a wall in our bathroom and the tiles were an odd size. Dave at Bristol Tiles gave us a wide selection of sizes and finishes to choose from and offered his expert opinion. He organised a very swift selection of samples to be sent to us and then once we had made a decision the process was smooth and efficient, allowing us to choose the day of delivery to fit us. The price was unbeatable and the delivery process was smooth! We will definitively be using BTC again for all our tile needs! We chose Bristol Tile because of the great selection. They had exactly what we were looking for. What we didn't know when we ordered was the great service. Everything arrived exactly on time. We have a lot going on with this job, so that was important. Then, when we made a mistake and discovered that we hadn't ordered enough to finish the job properly, Dave expedited a small shipment straight out and we stayed on schedule. Plenty of other places couldn't have been bothered, especially on the first day of lockdown and all the complication that brings. It was service above and beyond anything we would have expected.
