Disappointing so far.
Pick-up and Packing were good.
But shipping was delayed before collection
and delayed again before delivery to Brisbane.
Now further delays are occurring with AUS quarantine.
I waited the predicted three weeks, then phoned agent,
who said Quarantine came twice a week, Wed and Fri.
As it was Friday, I asked whether my shipment would progress,
but was told Quarantine had already departed before 11am.
Customs/Quarantine delay has now been extended to 6 weeks.
Not impressed ! Faster ? Faster than not shipping at all.
We were impressed not only with the 1st Move International team that came to the house in England to pack up furniture and house goods, but also with the "local" delivery driver in the USA who delivered the pallet here. Also, the price was very reasonable. We had only one issue, which was some breakage which came from the say something was packed on the top of the pallet and obviously something somewhere in shipping was placed on top of it. The pallet was securely wrapped, but not encased in a hard container itself. It was minor, but it was a disappointment. We are still very pleased with the job this company did for us. Thank you!

We had two separate moves: England to AZ and Vermont to AZ. The US company we used was a disaster. Everything that could go wrong went wrong- 1st Move International was the exact opposite. Very professional, very communicative, and efficient. We were confident that everything we packed arrived and was unharmed. Packaging was impressive. Communication was clear and payment was easy. Worth every penny/pence!

Tessa and the team at 1st Move were great and so helpful throughout the moving process. Our items arrived in perfect condition, a few weeks later outside of the range of time of the original estimate due to some delays at the destination warehouse but they answered any questions we had during this time. We would definitely use them again.

Efficient, accurate and professional service. Great communication and nice for people to deal with. The delivery time was less than half the time of other shipping companies and everything arrived in one piece. I would definitely use 1st Move International again and warmly recommend them.

Great experience with 1st Move. I moved my belongings from London to Boston. Everything was smooth and dealt with in a very professional manner. Good communication and safe packaging for the items that I didn't pack myself.

So I moved to Canada, and needed to move all my stuff, including computers/screens/audio equipment and guitars. They weren't the cheapest or the fastest, but overall they were really great! They came to my flat in London, took all my stuff in 15 minutes, and 45 days later, all my stuff was at my door, perfectly packed. Extra care was taken for my guitars and I really appreciate. Not a single item was damaged! I would recommand them to anyone! Just make sure you ask them for kerbside delivery if you don't want to have surprise if you actually need kerbside delivery. For me, not a single penny had to be paid over what we agreed.
