Bromley Branch provided Excellent service , very happy customer.
I just renovated my main bathroom and bought all the fittings in City Plumbing in Bromley and I couldn’t have had a worse experience! Half of the items delivered were not the ones ordered and the other half arrived damaged and the replacement too a very long time. On top of their bad service they make you sign a document which says you cannot return any of the items if you change your mind or if they don’t fit (unless they are faulty) but this gives no flexibility in case the measurements were not exact for whatever reason. Every time we complained they made you feel it was our fault or our fitter’s fault but never theirs, they never took any responsibility for their mistakes. Also, the delivery company was not very efficient and always asked us to help them unload the van! We were always busy working and they demanded we go out an help with all the heavy items instead of bringing more people with them to help, it was usually only 1 person who was also the driver. All in all a horrible experience and would definitely not recommend.

Nipped in for some spares for a leaking overflow pipe. Branch Manager and staff were very knowledgeable and couldn’t be more helpful.

This is a great plumbing supplies merchant, very helpful and took extra time too help me with my kitchen tap replacements! Would highly reccomend!
