I get a reminder via text when a service is due which is helpful and was notified by text when their number changed so that was no problem. A few times we have had to move alarm sensors due to renovations and Craig has been quick to respond and come out to get it sorted.

Do not waste your time with this company. Just full of excuses. Needed the alarm taken down prior to a refurb which took a few attempts until they finally arrived to take it down prior to refurbishment. Following refurbishment, tried to contact with no reply. Then I had to visit their address to find out why their was no reply. Told that their phone number has changed. Not good if you have an emergency alarm situation!! So now I had their new number and set a date for the new install. This was arranged 5 times with a no show. Then I was provided only a partial refund for the deposit I paid. Then had to pay another installed more as they knew nothing about the prior alarm setup. Save your money and do not bother with this company. About as reliable as a chocolate kettle.

We moved down to Bromley in 2015 and had Bromley Security fit both a house and shed alarm. Great advice, very competitive rates. Since then they've always come over when there has been an issue / to change batteries / do a service. Always a great experience. As of 2024 alarm still working very well. Would definitely recommend.
