Dean is extremely thorough and professional. He came to check our new build house on a Sunday morning and was here for several hours. The extensive snagging report he produced has been brilliant. Dean found several major issues which we would never have found ourselves. After we shared the report with the developer we had a meeting with the customer relations manager and site managers to agree on the priority fixes. They started off well but we have had to keep chasing them to get things done. We are looking forward to seeing the last of the tradesmen soon! We can highly recommend Dean - money well spent, as he has made the snagging process easy and saved us a small fortune. If you’re thinking about getting a snagging inspector my advice would be to choose Dean. It’s a small price to pay for the most expensive purchase you’ll ever make.

I would highly recommend that everyone gets a snagging survey for their new build and you won't go wrong in choosing NBSI yo do your survey. Dean spent an entire day putting together a very thorough report that allowed us to easily take our developer around the property and log all issues, many of which we would have had no hope in noticing ourselves. I keep a printed copy of the report in the house to ensure contractors know exactly what needs resolving. In addition to the report Dean talked us through what to expect from the snagging process and how to handle things so our issues are resolved quickly. He's also touched base a month later to see how things have progressed l. Overall fantastic service through the whole process.

Dean is exactly what we were looking for in a snagging inspector. Extremely thorough in every detail, he took a very long time to inspect the whole property and my mind is completely at rest that he has not missed a thing. His report is very well written and complete with detailed photos and is what we are working off of with the builder to fix al the issues. Dean is also on top of every regulation so he can reference exactly if anything is in breach. He is available for clarifications in the weeks after the inspections and has helped us prioritize the issues found. I would totally recommend him.
