After our awning airbeam burst I was struggling to source a replacement as nobody had stuck. Contacted Awning Ace and they advised stock was imminent and they would add me to a notification list. A short time later I received an email advising the stock was in and I ordered right away. The contact on my order and the speed of delivery was very quick. All in all an excellent experience from a company with great customer care, a factor that is missing in too many companies these days. If I am looking for any products in the future Awning Ace will be my first port of call. Thank You.

Amazing service
Needed a awning for a bank holiday weekend spoke to a lovely women on the phone on a Friday afternoon who arranged a Saturday morning delivery for me

Decided I wanted to replace our windbreaks, which were time-consuming to erect & dismantle with them being poles.
I found Awning-Ace had the perfect item I had been looking for 'a pump-up windbreak!
My item arrived & began unpacking. Inside, I found a pump & with minutes the windbreak was up .Wow, how awesome is that.
I would, without hesitation, advise the pump up windbreak is the best item on the market. You wouldn't be disappointed.

Made contact with Dan via EBay, about a side annex awning and veranda bars. He chased the supplier and as soon as he got a response he contacted me. I put in the order and it was delivered the following day.
Great customer service and nice people, will use them again. Highly recommended

Great service from this company. I ordered 2 items which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one item was not suitable, I contacted Awning Ace and received a quick response advising the correct product I required. Returned the item and received full refund within 3 days. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! I have shopped around for a new awning as I was so disappointed with fiamma. Bought a camptech savannah dl OMG ? wonderful. Awning Ace were the cheapest retailer too! ? would recommend and have no hesitation in purchasing from them again!!
