This company is worrh its weight in platinum! 5* for sales 5* for product. 5* for service 5* for cost. I had units fitted 7/10/20 and I was amazed how reasonable they were to fit VAT 5%.
Done go anywhere else we had a fault today we reported it at 10.30am and fixed by 13.00hr the same day
I have referred other customers and they have been AMAZED!
We have saved £450 off our energy costs in the last 2 years, what's not to like in these times!
Superb service, the installers were first class, very tidy, no mess, beautiful job, exactly as we requested.

Good service, quick to arrange and fit. Engineers are polite, take their time and work you through the steps to make sure you are happy with the placement.

I had A/C fitted throughout the home, a ducted system upstairs and wall mounted units downstairs. It was a great service from the initial survey to completion. Some of the best aspects were discovering at survey how a large unit could be installed in the loft through a small new build loft hatch by disassembling/reassembling the unit, which saved me going down an expensive route to enable easier access. Also the air valves installed in the ceiling upstairs look very smart, and even the large units outside are a neat job. The install team managed to keep on top of any mess while working for several days. 5 stars!

Air Cooling installed air conditioning in our main bedroom. I had consulted with other providers. However they were very knowledgeable informative and gave detailed information about what the product would look like in the room. On installation they were very efficient, friendly and completed the job to a very high standard. I would thoroughly recommend them to future customers.

We are extremely pleased with our AC installation. We had one in our bedroom and one in our lounge. We now sleep a lot better on these hot nights and total comfort through the day in the lounge. Lee Davies was very professional and knowledgeable about the products he sells. We wish we had had it installed sooner and would not want to be with out now.

A complicated installation is absolutely no problem for these brilliant engineers. So pleased we called them first as I’m not sure others would have taken the trouble to design and implement such an excellent system. From start to finish everything was so professionally handled with minimum fuss, maximum skill and clear communication. We ended up with a beautiful set of heat pumps/air conditioning including an amazing in-ceiling bedroom system that we didn’t envisage would be possible. Can confidently and safely install even after everything decorated. Marvellous people who will truly look after you and your house.

Could not recommend more! I wanted an air conditioning unit installed in my home, and Not Just Cooling delivered excellent service every step of the way. They came out for a quote promptly, helped customize the unit and installation to suit my home, and had it installed just a few weeks later! I had several questions throughout the process, and they were always available and very knowledgeable. They were incredibly considerate during install (masks and social distancing of course) and consulted my opinion when appropriate. In and out in just a few hours and even ran the hoover before they left! Very happy to be in business with Max and Claire :)
