Cannot highly recommend this company enough. Every step was a great experience. Sales were very accommodating.
The templating to fitting time was 48hrs, which I admit may be tough to live up to for future installs, but was greatly appreciated, the fitting team were great, punctual, friendly and the end result was amazing. At the end, we we were short a small piece of upstand, which was my mistake, but the team quickly arranged for it to be delivered. And finally thank you to Andy who dealt with our payment error without fuss or bother. Will recommend to anyone looking for a quality worktop
Excellent service from the sales to the fitters. We had a kitchen done(rebuilt) recently. Was our first time and also first time using quartz. The sales team were extremely helpful in giving advice and also looked at our plan for the cabinets etc and helped us ensure that we could use 1 slab and not 2 in our design ( small kitchen). We are in an old building and had imperfect walls and corners but this was not a problem for template guy (they used laser measurements). Our fitting was just about perfect though a bit of the wall was hit, superficial knock (was a corner to corner piece). We had been worried that the corners/joints would be imperfect but it worked out very well.

As a repeat customer, I knew everything would go well. But Affordable Granite truly surpassed my expectations. From our initial visit to the showroom to final installation, every person we came into contact with was friendly, helpful, proactive and a credit to the company. It is very unusual to have a seamless customer experience where every single person steps up to the plate and delivers such excellent service. Huge pat on the back to the whole team. Very pleased with the service we received. The house we bought had badly maintained wooden worktops that were beyond restoration so we looked around and found Affordable Granite. The reviews gave me confidence to order and everything has been great. Before and after photos attached.

The gentleman that came to measure up our quartz composite worktop listened to our requirements and was clear on what to expect. Production and delivery was quick, only a couple of working days. I wasn't here for installation, so can't comment on the process, but the worktop looks great and the joiner working on the kitchen said the worktop has the best joins he'd seen. Would recommend this company

Fantastic service - they use clever technology to measure the kitchen for worktops. All made to measure and fitted within a week. The fitters were hard working and I’m delighted with the worktops. A professional company delivering a smooth customer journey. Would recommend.

We had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Cassie was very helpful in helping us decide on the stone and finish. Seeing the slabs and choosing was seamless. Andy came to measure and this process was meticulously done. The fitting process was smooth and uneventful. After a week, we found the underside on one piece of stone had some writing on it and they came back promptly to remove it. All in all, I would definitely recommend Affordable Granite.

Totally a 5 star review! - Amazing from the initial phone call to installation. Just what I wanted in a company - My initial email responded quickly with a polite professional style. Price for the quartz completed same day - A site visit booked in two days. Great technology in measuring our island top. Installation within 2 days with phone updates along the way. We have used Affordable granite for several of our clients projects prior to appointing them for our own house extension. They provided a very competitive quote, massive selection of options, great advice on the potential stone to suite our budget, excellent communication throughout and most importantly, a flawless installation.
I cannot sing their praises enough, especially when I see the pain that other clients go through with other main stream companies.

Having had my kitchen tops from them before I went back when moving to get bathroom tops and they are amazing quality marble! Naomi was great in sorting these out and the workshop staff even helped me load them safely in my car! (These were small enough to pick up—I wouldn’t suggest anyone picks up anything larger). Amazing service as before! Couldn’t be happier. I also love the fact when choosing stone they have, they will show it to you in their workshop; many places won’t let you on the factory floors.

Affordable granite had stellar customer service, as they were very patient with the many delays in our kitchen renovation project. They also did a beautiful job - the countertop looks fantastic, much better than the options we saw from the competition. Highly recommend.
