Buying solar panels isn't something you do regularly and not many people have them so doing your due diligence is important. Having reviewed options in the North West it came down to Install Solar Panels and one other and we went with Install Solar as they were very responsive, keen to secure the work and the reviews I found were good.
Once instructed they delivered exactly what they said they would through the process of lead times, organising installation work on agreed dates and co-ordinating with other trades as we had an in built solar panel system into a new roof.
The quality of the final installation is excellent, the various tradesman who attended to install including the roofer (Russ) and electrician (Gary) were very professional and kept me informed at all times about progress and any issues identified.
Shaun, Sandra and Ali from the office were easy to deal with and responded to my many questions as a solar newbie and I received my MCS certificate promptly after completion of the project. They only invoiced for the work when the job was fully complete and certified.
Would highly recommend using Install Solar Panels.

I asked this company to install my solar panels. Very professional from start to finish. A pleasure to use. Once installation was complete all details of use provided. Called back a few days after to ask a question, they couldn't be of any more assistance.

I approached Install Solar Panels to get my solar panel system supplied and installed. Their solar design team sent me a very comprehensive quotation which I accepted. Great experience, no hard sell, no up sell, so friendly and informative. Particular thanks goes to Shaun and Sandra, who both guided me through he whole process!

The team at Install Solar installed a solar panel system with batteries at the cricket club in September of this year.
I could not recommend them highly enough.
They supplied and fit a high spec system for a great price.
The system is very user friendly and the app provided is great to see the energy being created and how it is distributed.
The installation was easy and super quick, under 2 days.

After considering using Eon during covid, I once again got the itch to have solar panels installed on my house in south Manchester.
Install Solar Panels were fantastic, the communication was very good (though my email decided they were spam so I had to keep an eye on the spam folder).
The initial survey was professional, quick and answered my questions fully and was made aware of the offers they had at the time.
Scaffolding was up quickly and no fuss
The installers and electrician were very professional and kept me informed on any issues that arrived, such as they could not install 2 panels due to initial measurements via satellite image were slightly off. I went down from planned 11 to 9 panels, which is still more than enough for my needs, needless to say the price was deducted of the total.
After care was very good from the sales team and even were extremely prompt to my additional request to install anti-bird mesh to stop nesting pigeons. To save costs they delayed the scaffolding removal for this work.
I would advise this strongly if you don't want pigeons and crows nesting, which can damage your gutters and panels.
I am very happy and would recommend Install Solar Panels for a professional and stress free solar install.

This is my 2nd review of Install Solar Panels.
I think everyone likes a company that does a great job, quickly and tidily takes the payment and there is no need to contact them again.
However I judge a company by the above and also if there is a need to contact them again and how they react.
Unfortunately, I did need to contact Install Solar Panels after my initial install due to an issue with the inverter.
Their response was immediate, they called the following day, assessed the situation, removed the Inverter and got a replacement as soon as they were able.
This is how a company should behave, even if sometimes it means they have to take a cost 'in the chin', I would have no objections to recommending them to anybody.
A great team that do the job.
