Very reliable and professional, they've been servicing and maintaining my lift for years and have never let me down yet, would definitely recommend!!!
Ben and his team sorted our decommissioned lift us. Our lift had not been needed for a few years. The recommissioning was problematical and they were able to resolve the issues. They came out to see it , isolated the problem , serviced it and we are happy to say it is up and running. We found the company to be very knowledgeable and extremely professional. They were recommended to us , thank you Ben to you and your team.

Our residential block of apartments has been beset by intermittent problems with 1 of the lifts for over 2 years. We were in despair, because the previous lift service company seemed to fix a fault, only to cause another one. All of this cost a considerable amount of money, yet the firm was ambivalent in its attitude to us. We contacted Central Elevators for their help. They took us on and gave us positive advice from the very beginning. Finally, with their help and advice, we decided to go for a complete refurb of the lift this year. We were kept fully informed of costs and timescales. Ben and his team could not have been more helpful during a very stressful time for residents. The technicians regularly helped older residents to carry shopping up to their apartments during the 3 week refurb and the friendly but professional approach meant that residents had great confidence in their work. Communication between the office and our residents' company directors was excellent
Quite simply, we cannot recommend Central Elevators highly enough! They represent good value, coupled with a highly supportive and professional approach. We look forward to many more years of working with them.

Called them out to fix a lift, were swift and good value for money. Also seemed very reliable and professional. Staff were also polite and understanding of my short time frame to get the lift fixed as I had an impending event I needed the lifts for.

Worst lift. Would only recommend if you want unsafe lifts. The lift breaks every other day. It jumps and shakes a lot. The lift also gets trapped and stuck on a floor and the door will continue to open and close all day. The weight alarm will also set off even if there is just one person in the lift. The sticker in the lift says to call them if there is a problem but they tell you to call someone else. useless
