I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.
Bad website, No response and delayed reply to emails, then broken promised on Saturday/Sunday delivery's to make up for it followed by incorrect order when it finally turns up....
10mins on hold to even speak to someone
Avoid........
Big enough to cope and small enough to actually care,
The staff always able to help with queries, quotes and supply to site. Not used online side but for on-site sales and delivery they try there best to get it sorted ?

Second time ordering from RS and honestly can not fault them. This time I had to change my order after ordering online. I spoke to a REAL PERSON and they couldn't do enough to help. They put on back order for me but order arrived literally two days later! Will continue to use and highly recommend.

I used them last week in the first time and I am very pleased with their service. I called them about the delivery and stock etc. and the item arrived well ahead. I'd use them again without hesitation.

Really poor experience with this company. Wanted a chrome 4 gang switch for the kitchen to match the rest of the sockets. Should have been easy right… well it was up until they had my money then they couldn't give a toss! Tom Wale sent me a quote, with all the parts I needed, payment details were included. I accepted and paid - once they had my money it all went wrong… They stopped communicating by email, didn’t call me back when I phoned in wanting to know where my parts were. I had to do all the chasing. Over two weeks from the point of paying to getting my parts on next day shipment…
A bunch of cow boys at best - will not use again!
