This company has been looking after our lifts on a residential estate for 2yrs+
Atlease once year the lift will be out for 2 weeks old young and disabled residents have to climb upto the 5th floor building has only 1 lift.
Lift has been down almost 2 weeks shy of 2 days
Worked with Brian one of the lift engineers. Friendly, professional and great guy. Good company - highly recommend!

We have a contract with AL, and our lift (in a residential block) failed. late on a Sunday night. An engineer (Connor, his name) came within the hour, and despite never having been here before, immediately solved the problem. First rate service from a polite and efficient young man. Many thanks.

We have had nothing but problems with the lifts in our flats since these guys were awarded the contract - any time one breaks down it take ages for them to get parts (the record so far is five months) and we have been left without any life in a 9 floor building on two occasions this year. Shocking service.

It's more than 2 weeks and this incapable lift company is struggling to fix it. Reason given was' the issue is with the technical team who is deciding' ..... it's not a space ? mission!,
Probably, my building management found this bunch the cheapest in town & in the other side of town.
Most buildings management should keep this jokers Co out of business.

This company is a complete disappointment. Our housing association has been reaching out to them for over two weeks to address issues with our sole lift in the building. They've consistently lied about their attendance, providing false assurances to our housing association that the lift was fixed and operational when it wasn't. On one occasion, they claimed to have resolved the issue but left the lift out of service, a baffling contradiction.
It appears that this company is comprised of untrustworthy individuals. In response to their negligence, I've had to contact our housing company daily for the past two weeks—a step I never imagined taking. The situation is especially dire as there is a wheelchair user in our block who has been confined to their home for two weeks leading up to Christmas. Given this frustrating experience, I strongly advise avoiding this company if you wish to avoid additional problems.
