Used these guys several times and always been pleased with the results. The main project was building a large patio which was designed by Steve, the boss.
We were on a tight time schedule due to us hosting 50 people for our son's 21st birthday party and were delighted that the patio was completed on time and on budget and looks really smart. The workers were punctual, polite and tidied up after themselves.
Very pleased with the job and would definitely use them again.
Steve designed and arranged installation of our garden a couple of years ago. We loved it at the time and two years later we love it even more. It's a delight watching the planting mature. Our review is long overdue (I thought we had already done it, tbh). The design was imaginative and fit our brief. The process was a pleasure from start to finish.

We gave Steve a blank canvas to turn our gravel drive and garden into a safe low maintenance haven for us to enjoy; and hey presto he did exactly that. His team worked through rain and wind to transform our garden; nothing was too much trouble and the care and consideration given to us and our property was of the utmost quality.
We now have a beautiful garden, including my old childhood swing, that will be accessible for a wheelchair in the future.
We can't believe the transformation and are so looking forward to sitting under our pergola with the gentle tinkling of water in the background......

Found Steve on a google search for a local landscape gardener. He responded quickly and safely under current COVID difficult circumstances and listened to our ideas. Completed a thorough survey with measurements and photographs and then came back with detailed plans of landscaping and planting, some of which we hadn’t considered but are very happy with the outcome. We tweaked the original plan slightly but at all times Steve listened, supported us and was very understanding. His recommended team were excellent, polite and hardworking and the overall outcome has exceeded all our expectations. We now have a lovely landscaped garden to enjoy. Have no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team!

We had a little turf-only garden and wanted to make the most of it. We found County Landscapes on the web and we consider ourselves lucky. Steve is a very nice and honest guy, professional and open to recommendations. I not only recommend him, but also suggest to hire the gardeners he suggests (we didn't know anyone in the area and asked him for help): the work was smooth, clean, sharp and we don't regret our choice at all.

Steve and his team transformed a narrow and unimaginative back garden into something amazing. His design was fantastic and the result was even better than i could have imagined. He really listened to our inputs during the design phase and made a feature of a well established tree then separated the garden into zones, for veggies, entertaining and relaxing. He chose plants that are really pretty, that fill the space, but are still easy to look after. Country landscapes turned quite a sad space into somewhere great to be.
What's more it all came in on budget and his team were polite, on time and tidy as well as doing a great job. I'm so happy with the outcome.

When I approached County Landscapes to quote for
A gareden redesign in 2013, I never imagined I’d end up with such an easy to maintain garden. The design for the back garden did everything I needed - it gave me a garden I could maintain on my own and an outdoor space to enjoy all year round.
When I needed the front garden landscaped the following year, I thought I knew what to expect. But no! Once again, the finished garden far exceeded my expectations and continues to draw attention from passers by because it’s so unique.
Steve and his team are brilliant - they listen, they are polite and can be kept very happy with tea and biscuits!!
If you want a unique garden that will bring you pleasure for years, this is the company you need - I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Had my back garden designed and landscaped with artificial lawn. Really good design service backed up by a keen and clean workforce who were competent and efficient.
Job done on time and budget and we are very please with the quality and design of our garden. Would recommend for design services and or construction.
